CSDC values their client's time. My appointment always starts on schedule. The staff is courteous and competent, and the office environment is clean and organized.

They said they were covered by my insurance, I get there and they are not covered. They do the cleaning for free. Then I say don't book me for my next appointment as yo aren't covered. 6 months later I get an email saying I have an appointment booked. I never booked a follow up and made it clear that I wasn't going to come back since they weren't covered. This business may be running a scam.

Update 10-31: the office staff is very nice and helpful. They did say they could apply the cost of the failed filing to root canal. So review is updated from 2 to 3 stars. The oral surgeon is also very professional and nice. I like them except for Dr mirin they should make sure she doesn't do things like she did to me EDIT: 10-27: now the tooth that Dr mirin took it on herself to drill without patient permission now needs a root canal. This is very suspect, either she is incompetent or is purposely doing this to patients. Review modified from 5 stars to 2 stars. Avoid Dr mirin here, she will do fillings you specifically don't ask her to do. She did this twice with me . She drilled too deep causing immense pain. I feel she does this on purpose to patients in order to try to get them to have to have further work done. The staff at the office are good as well as the other dentists on the other hand. Just avoid Dr mirin at all costs. *edit* Still a great place, really friendly and knowledgeable dentists. 5 stars

This was my 1st time here. They greeted me with a friendly and pleasant smile at the reception area. The hygienist was relaxing and also pleasant to talk to. Once my cleaning was done I meet with the dentist which was brief looked into my mouth was asked if I had any pain moved my tongue from side to side then left.. That I didn't care for. I felt i got to know better my hygienist then the dentist that came into the cubicle. So that one on one services I was looking for from the dentist wasn't felt.. Good thing I only came in for a cleaning only! But as a new patient it left me feeling I was just another insurance number!! The only reason I left 4 stars was cause of the person who cleaned and took time to get to know me and vice versa..

It was my first time going to this dentist office. The front staff and hygienists were fine. The dentists only physically checked my mouth for less than 10 seconds. I felt like he just wanted to get done as fast as possible without a proper examination.

I am so happy with my visit. The staff was so helpful, friendly, & all around wonderful from the beginning. Dr. Shulman was amazing! He listened to my concerns, sat down with me and took the time to explain what & why we needed to address my concerns. NO DENTIST has ever done this! I would rate 100 stars if I could. Patient for life.

The personnel were all wonderful. I do not like that the "walls" of each individual room to not go all the way to the ceiling. You hear others' conversations and it gives me concern about sanitary conditions. The rooms are clean and the dental personnel are masked...but working on people with mouths wide open and no complete barrier walls....

Excellent customer service. Honors appointment times. Friendly staff. Great reminders. Clean facility. Most important, very good dentists. Been in for 3 different procedures and all with good outcomes. Serious about cv 19 prevention. Also, works well with insurance plans.

My experience was amazing, I was brought in early, everyone was friendly and helpful and Francisco is great. I'm so glad to have found this office that has hours that fit my schedule. It was nearly impossible to schedule appointments before because I work late and it is very difficult to take time off. Thank you for all that you do!!!
