Dr. Kenneth Irigoyen was born in Silver Springs, Maryland and moved to Key Biscayne, Florida in 1971 where he attended elementary school. He completed high school at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and continued onto Loyola University. Dr. Irigoyen graduated with honors from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in 1989. Shortly thereafter, he completed a postgraduate residency program at Emory University and received his orthodontic specialty training at NOVA Southeastern University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Irigoyen is an active member of the American Dental Association, South Florida Dental Society, Florida Dental Association, Riviera Study Club, West Dade Dental Study Club, Granada Study Club, Greater Miami Dental Society, South Dade District Dental Society, South Florida Association of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists and actively lectures to these groups on modern advances in the field of orthodontics.Demonstrating his passion and excellence in orthodontics Dr. Irigoyen has gone a step beyond and is board certified.
