Always have such a great experience here. Everyone is so kind and courteous and most importantly, they are amazing at their work. Thank you Dr Lopez and staff! Just wanted to give an update and say that the experience of going to Coral Bay Smiles is better than ever and I'm just so appreciative of the genuine care that is given there!

Dr. Lopez and her hygienist are such wonderful people, great caring personality, it was a while after my last appointment and I had no cavities, the hygienist took good care of me during my cleaning. Love it there .

Dr. Lopez is FANTASTIC. She uses the most up to date equipment and techniques. She is always positive and informative. The thing I like the most is that she talks to you during procedures so you are the most comfortable. I will be going back to her for all dental needs. By the way, her staff is extremely professional, kind and pleasant.

Starting with the front desk, you have Emily who is as sweet and attentive as can be. Melissa is also very helpful. Dr Lopez is very skilled, explains things well and truly cares about your well-being. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I was extremely satisfied with the professional services provided, including Covid-19 guidelines by Dr. Lopez and her staff. This dental office has the latest technology screenings, etc. and all suggested dental work is explained in layman's terminology and verified with your insurance carrier. Definite deserved five star rating!!!

Update: Dentist lab services suck! After 3 tries to get a crown to perfection, still got a gap and ended up almost a year with a temporary tooth. After so much back and forth ended up with emergency visits that they charge even though it was because of their lengthy and faulty process. (one time they canceled my appointment because of doctors traveling plans, should I have charged them as they charge to cancel appointments? NO! It's this is a one way relationship :/ Again, after almost a year of painful attempts, they decided to submit me to an specialist. After that, they denied services because of insurance coverage. They pretty much dropped me in the middle of treatment. Doctor is the sweetest and gentlest but do not deliver any positive results to my dental health. Previously I have written: I'm so happy I found Doctor Lopez and staff, you guys deserve a 5 stars. Thanks Coral Bay Smiles for your attentive care and professional demeanor. Conservative, the least invasive and quality treatment. And on top of that I think I just received he best cleaning ever, thanks to Edson, amazing!

Beware of this dental office they will try to get you to pay for for a complete package in advance. I made the mistake of paying over $5000 in advance for my dental plan and I would not be billed for anything else. About my third visit they insisted I owed them more money for services they performed that allegedly were not in my treatment plan although they never informed me before. When I objected the dentist named Lopez became very indignant and said she would no longer treat me. She tried to give me a refund of only about $1300 when she had barely started. I refused to accept the check and threatened to sue. I later found out that the problem was they didn't take my dental insurance which they never told me. I gave them my dental insurance card on my first visit and they never said they didn't accept it. Take my advice and steer clear of this dentist

Dr. Lopez is great. She is very patient and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are happy and their teeth look great. I have used the doctor for Invisalign and I can't believe how much improvement has been made in a short period of time. Linda her hygienist is also fantastic for teeth cleaning. She takes her time and listens to her patients. The staff is warm and friendly. Coming to Coral Bay Smiles makes visiting the dentist a pleasure.

Puberty's nothing short of awkward for most people, me included. I never thought in adulthood I'd be revisiting puberty for the second time. No, I don't have pimples but I'm back in braces, not the Traditional wire bracket braces but the more fashionable Invisalign. Dr. Lopez came recommended by a friend. This friend could not have been more on target as Dr. Lopez is extremely knowledgeable about the newest procedures and techniques, she is what I would call a perfectionist, a true professional with a keen eye for detail. At my very first appointment, Dr. Lopez advised what the periodontist had missed that I had an abscess that needed to be tended to before I proceeded with braces. Boy was I the fortunate recipient as this abscess was a ticking time bomb in my mouth. My decision to wear braces a second time was not for cosmetic purposes but to get my teeth into perfect alignment with the proper spacing so that I will have less of a chance of gum issues in the future. Dr. Lopez was successful in getting my teeth straight and bite aligned in addition I also benefited from her skill and artistry with cosmetic dentistry to close small gaps between my teeth and even out my smile. Since day one she and her team have made this journey a very delightful and painless process. I am so satisfied with the results and her talent that I've now secured her as my permanent dentist.
