I have been a patient of this dentist office for 15 plus years and have referred all my family and friends. The practice has gone through several owners but never changed their front desk staff or protocols until this past year. I was advised at my last scheduled cleaning consultation, I needed a deeper cleaning (not the regular cleaning covered by insurance every six months). I was also advised the deep cleaning was not covered by insurance. I asked hygienists for my routine six months cleaning to be done instead of the deep cleaning and was told the regular six month cleaning was not going to do me any good without the deep cleaning. I left the dentist office without getting anything done and after taking time off from work. I contacted my insurance company a few days later, and I am so glad, I did. My insurance company advised the deep cleaning procedure was covered, and I only needed to pay a $ 60.00 copayment instead of the $ 150.00 self pay rate dentist office was charging. Please beware of this dental office and their new protocols. I urge you to check with your insurance first before paying out of pocket. I sadly lost confidence in the practice so decided to go see a new dentist and to my surprise, I do not need the deep cleaning previously recommended.

Sometimes things look nice on the surface but when you dig in you'll see that it's very dark and very shady from the questionable billing tactics to the extremely inappropriate relationships with the doctor and his staff. Very disappointing to say the least.
