I was in search of a family dental place that I could use through all the years of raising my three kids.I am so happy that I found Copper Vista Dental back then. From infants to puberty they have been there along the way and I have treated my children with kindness and respect every step of the way ....my kids have no fear of the dentist. My favorite thing about working with them over the years is that if an emergency comes up -they try to squeeze my child in the same day just to take a look and don't charge me. They've been so easy to work with when it comes to insurance by accommodating every step of the way. I also like how their front desk remembers their clients and their clients needs. I've never once felt like anybody has dropped the ball or forgotten about us. If I have a question about anything it gets answered within 24 to 48 hours every time. I would also like to say that Copper Vista (from what I've noticed )has state of the art -top-of-the-line equipment and that has always impressed me for a smaller family dentist. I have sent many of my friends to Copper Vista and I've never heard of anybody having a bad experience. Including my grandmother with dementia -they were very kind with her disability Keep up the good work Copper Vista Dental ! The staff is friendly and they explained what was needed and showed me in my X-rays. They asked if I had questions and seemed knowledgeable about what my dental needs are.

Was told earlier this year I needed 2 crowns. After my insurance paid a thousand I would still owe over $3000 out of pocket. I couldn't afford that. I went to Arizona Crown in Chandler and got 1st crown for $649 but I filed my own insurance. In July I had my cleaning. Hygienist was great but when it was time to see Dr. Swensen that was a different story. I had to wait for a while, long enough for a child to get her teeth cleaned. I could hear him laughing and talking to a man and only saw 1 man walk out. Dr. Swensen came in for his inspection. I had told the hygienist that there was a chip of bone on the back side of my lower molar and upper molar on same side was sensitive. The dentist asked which tooth was sensitive and glanced at it and said nothing to worry about and was done. I had to asked him about the bone chip and again nothing to worry over. Considering I had my wisdom teeth pulled over 30 years ago I wondered where the chip came from. I just went back to Arizona Crown yesterday and mentioned the upper molar being sensitive. Xrays showed a large crack and a huge cavity. I needed crowns on top 2 molars. I got the crown I went for on bottom and the worst one on top for $1298. They other has to wait. The Dentist there also told me he removed several shards of bone from that area and the reason for them was that my toria are very large and had caused the buckle on the teeth to break and were working free. Az. Crown had no problem doing a second crown at the time of this visit. If Dr. Swensen at Copper Vista had done his job the problem could have been acknowledged earlier. No way that cavity got there that large and that fast. I had never had problem with Copper Vista but this is major to me. If he wasn't laughing and b___s___ing he may have not run late and done his job. I am not the first to have problems lately with this place. I know a few others that have left also. On Dr. Swensen's way out he told them to requote me the 2 lower crowns and since one was already done that says he paid no attention to my teeth at all.

I highly recommend this Dental office. I'm from out of state and got a bad toothache. At first I was hesitant to look for a Dentist in a small town. I read all the reviews and Copper Vista Dental Care had fantastic reviews. Made my appointment. Staff very friendly, Dental office very clean. The Dentist was Fantastic!! I had 2 extractions and pain free. If you need Dental work done I highly recommend Copper Vista Dental Care!!
