Rob and team have been helping me and my kids for several years now and always go above and beyond with their care. I've never had somebody follow up with me personally like his team does. I have major anxiety problems and going to the doctor is always a challenge. They had solutions that allowed me to be sedated which made it much easier to do, in fact I almost had a good time considering I was at the dentist lol. Hope that they can help you too.

Everyone at Copper Creek is amazing. The hygienist is always so nice and was very sweet to my baby I brought along. I have seen Dr. Curtis for several years now and have always received top care and without the pain I've experienced at every other dental office. Very considerate of patients. They stay on top of leading edge technology and education and know their stuff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Curtis and Dr. Staley are W O N D E R F U L! My husband has had awful experiences from past dentists. Dr. Curtis has been fixing botched work from other providers and he really listens to you. Dr. Staley is so friendly and his work is also great! You can't go wrong at the office, they take care of their patients!

Was looking for a dentist. The whole staff here is great. From being a new patient to the exam and cleaning to follow up schedule and recommendations. Felt very at ease and the dentist truly listens and cares. Would highly recommend.

"I had my 6 month appointment today and it was probably the best dental experience I've had. Dr. Staley is wonderful (I've been seeing him for about two years) and extremely helpful with my care and helping me understand my care. Bethany was my hygienist today and she is by FAR the best one I've ever had, I would recommend this office a million times over!"

Just wow. I went in for a check up and cleaning. The amount of detail they went into was astonishing. I've never felt so safe and well cared for with my teeth before. They went through each X-ray and I got to see it in real time. Upon doing X-rays - we found my right back molar was like Swiss cheese lol so they recommended a crown. Doctor Thomas had me in his chair right after and fixed me up. They got me fitted and INSTALLED MY CROWN same day!!! I was just blown away. The staff is beyond professional and you can feel how much they care for each individual that comes through their door. It's great. oh... and they also completely support and follow guidelines for Covid. That also really made me confident in their cleanliness as a facility, especially since I am immunocompromised.

I was referred to this office from a coworker/friend that had been treated by Dr. Staley for over 10-15 years. I went in for a 6 month cleaning and to get a price estimate for future teeth work. I was recommended to fix a few cavaties in order to get started on what I initially wanted. The day of the service, the dental assistant couldn't figure out why we were working on a certain tooth as there were no visible isssues based on the x-ray. The day after I had a filling done on a tooth, I noticed my tooth was slightly higher, making my teeth put more pressure on the tooth that was worked on. I had ended up going in two more extra times for a bite adjustment. And after suffering pain and sensitivity for over two months, I had finally decided to see the owner/main dentistof the practice: DR. STALEY. I expressed my concerns and asked for other options of what we could do to fix the tooth. The best he could offer is to do a root canal with a crown to cover the tooth, it was not needed nor did the tooth show any reason to do a root canal but he figured it may or may not fix the issue. The problem is.. this tooth did NOT have any issues from the start. And this office created the issues and did not want to pay for their mistake. Instead I was hit with a lovely bill of $1600 to fix THEIR problem that they created. I had went to a different dentist for a second opinion and I was told that the filling was done incorrectly and that the tooth did not show any sign of needing a root canal. My impression of Copper Creek Dental is that the MAIN & ONLY focus is MONEY and how much they can get out of their patients. This is the type of office that wants to cap out your insurance, by working on teeth and creating more problems in order to collect more money for more work. They show little to NO CONCERN if you are having any issues. The receptionists are rude and not professional at all, they will risk losing a patient by arguing with you rather than owning up to their own mistakes. I really hope this facility does not stay in business for long. And if you've read this far, please read the other 1 star reviews as I am not the only one that has had this horrible of an experience with this facility.

While going to the dentist is definitely not my favorite thing to do, Dr. Staley is awesome and so is his staff! I am really glad I have found them!

I can't say enough positive about Dr. Staley, he is concerned about my comfort and does a beautiful job on my teeth. He is also on top of his game with the latest high tech instruments and methods. I will always refer him to my friends and family.

Dr.Curtis always does an amazing job. Not only does he have your best interest in mind when it comes to your dental health, but he is also very kind and down to earth. I've always regretted going to the dentist but he always makes me feel comfortable when I come in and now I don't mind! I'll recommend him to anyone!

We love using our neighborhood dentist here in Daybreak. The staff at Copper Creek Dental always do a good job and treat you like family. When my father in law came to visit and needed emergency work done, Copper Creek not only accommodated us but took care of all his needs! Thanks for all you do!

6 years later and I can no longer recommend Copper Creek Dental for the following reasons: # 1 Our dentist was Dr Staley until a year and a half or more ago when suddenly on every visit Dr Staley wasn't available and Dr Curtis filled in for him. It's only after our last visit when we find out it's because they keep scheduling us on a Friday when Dr Staley isn't in the office. Why?... # 2 My wife first saw Dr Staley at Copper Creek to have a crown fixed that a previous dentist couldn't get right. The initial experience was good, and she was told by Dr Staley that he guarantees his work. She felt like they were going to take care of her and finally fix this tooth that has been bothering her. Several years later, my wife started complaining on each visit about pain and a bad taste around the crown that Dr Staley replaced years before. Dr Curtis tries bite adjustments and charges us for expensive mouthwash that doesn't fix the problem. Then on our most recent family visit, my wife has something more to report - the crown occasionally pops out of place, and when it does she can pop it back into place. He tells her nothing looks wrong with it, suggests that she's been dealing with the pain for so long that maybe she can just live with it, tells her that he doesn't want to try to pull the crown off because he might break it, and that she should try pulling the crown all the way off herself the next time she notices it pop out of place and then schedule an appointment to come in to have it looked at. My wife left in tears, feeling ignored and as though they don't believe that she's in pain, and we didn't really know what to do. A few months later we talk to them and get an appointment scheduled for my wife to see Dr Staley about the crown. She explains the issue and he's able to pop the crown right off. He cleans the tooth a bit, temporarily cements it back on, and schedules an appointment to put a new crown on it - this will be the third crown on that tooth. When she gets to the front desk, she finds out it's going to cost us around $785 for them to fix a crown that was "guaranteed", and after I get more info from our insurance company, find it'll actually be more like $824. Apparently a crown popping off is not covered under the guarantee because the dentist can't control what the patient eats, etc... On top of that, a year and a half of decay has occurred during the time that my wife started complaining about the pain and bad taste that was caused by the loose crown that Dr Curtis seemed unwilling to really take look at. # 3 When we changed insurance companies and Dr Staley and Dr Curtis were no longer in-network providers, I was told that insurance would send us the checks and we'd have to forward them on to the office, and that we wouldn't be charged for anything the insurance didn't cover. I left that day under the assumption that for future preventative care visits, we wouldn't have any out-of-pocket charges. On our next visit, we are told we owe for a portion that the insurance didn't cover for the yearly x-rays. I will give them credit for not charging us for it in the end due to the miscommunication, but I feel like this example helps illustrate what we're seeing as a pattern of behavior of not communicating well with their patients. # Summary For the typical hygiene visit, the hygienists are nice enough and they do their job well enough. The staff are pleasant to talk to. I really kind of think it just comes down to poor communication, which is the main thing that led me to writing a 5 star review 6 years ago, and is now leading me to change my review to 1 star: * Poor communication about why we're seeing a different dentist than our own * Poor communication about how to address ongoing pain * Poor communication about how a crown is guaranteed, or that it's only guaranteed in very unlikely scenarios * Poor communication about billing expectations * Expensive, unwilling to work with insurance companies that won't pay their high prices

We were part way through an implant procedure at a different dental facility when we had to relocate. We went toCopper Creek Dental to have the procedure completed. Dr. Curtis could have taken advantage of us and made a lot of money because we were desperate to get the procedure finished. After analyzing the X-rays he was able to show us why continuing on the implant path would have serious long term implications. He chose to be honest and straightforward about the situation. By the way, we were able to get a refund from our former dentist based on what we learned as a result of our visit. We can't recommend Dr. Curtis and Copper Creek highly enough

I feel they are ONLY in it for the money. They act super nice but always misquote a procedure and we always end up paying more than they quote. Just be aware! They make it seem like they are doing an amazing job but I have a lot of food traps thanks to their amazing work.
