We love Dr. D! She has been our family dentist for over a decade. Very caring, genuine, gentle and amazing all around. I have needed a few fillings and crowns over the years. Everything has always been perfect. Highly recommend her and her wonderful staff.

I hate and I am terrified of the dentist because the ladies at Coppell Smiles have made me feel at ease. Still don't like going to the dentist but it's less stress at Coppell Smiles

First and foremost, the doctor is super kind and loving... Let's talk about the staff and the office policies. One of the worst dental office's that I've been to! I paid over $600+ for my fillings and was told that the teeth that the service is provided on are covered. Which means that I could get them checked up or come and speak to the doctor. My dental insurance coverage ended and I walked in about a week ago wanting to just speak to the doctor and ask her for some advice because the SAME TOOTH that the service was provided on has been paining and I can't find a way to cure it. I was told that I need to pay over $100 again just to speak to her and get some advice. Not even for cleaning or any treatment. Just to speak to her. Now I've got to look for another reliable doctor to help me out with the pain because there's no point to pay over a hundred dollars again just to speak to the doctor. I would definitely suggest looking for a more budget friendly place because at some point, they will charge you and the charge won't be little. And even after reading the contracts a couple of times and making sure I'm not signing for anything that Im not expecting, unfortunately there's still some hardships that I have to face! RE- I did let the receptionsit know that I am usually out of town which is why I will call and make the appointments. I am always schduled was days I am not available and even had to pay for appointments that I wasn't aware of because of "no show". Regardless of when the treatment was done, your policy clearly states that the coverage on the teeth that the treatment was provided on will be covered for 6 years. Where is the coverage now? I never asked for an X-RAY or any cleaning service. I only asked to see the doctor and let me know if there is something I could do to get rid of the pain that I never had before the treatment was done.

Today was the first disappointment over the 10+ years we've been at CS. It took 2 hours to complete my two sons and mine cleaning. TERRIBLE! It wasn't explain to us that our appointments each had to wait 30 minutes (one at a time) when I requested all of us at the same time.

Dr. Prachi Deore, An excellent dentist, my family dentist, the one dentist who puts a smile on everyone when they leave her clinic. A smile, where they can show their bright clean teeth. A very caring, concerned and whose priority are her patients. From a child to a senior citizen. Her rooms are very clean and equipped with the latest dental instruments. Dr.Prachi is very thorough in her explanation of what needs to be done and depending on the patient's situation is very considerate towards them.I would recommend Dr.Prachi Deore to my friends and family anytime they need a great dentist. I trust Dr.Prachi Deore completely.

They were pleasant professional and friendly . The technology blew me away . A laser to manage the bacteria under your gums? Cotton candy flavored fluoride? A massage chair. The dentist I can't remember her name explained things that were going on in my mouth and I wasn't aware of. Thank you 21st century and thanks to the people at Copell Smiles

I NEVER HAVE enjoyed going to a Denist. It's simply not my favorite thing to do. I can't stand all the grinding, my head being leaned back and the occasional pain from those back teeth. However Coppell Smiles has changed the game for Me. They provide Netflixs to help take your mind off of things, a blanket to keep you warm (pre-covid), room purifiers, and always on schedule. I must mention Neisha is the best, she is kind, gentle, and very considerate when cleaning my teeth. She knows I need my earstoppers and Vaseline so my lips don't dry. I don't have anxiety simply knowing that Neisha , Dr D and all the staff will ensure my dental care is superb. Never have I ever been able to say that comfortably.

Dr. D came recommended to me by one of my coworkers and I'm glad I took them up on it. It has been a great experience being a patient there and I actually look forward to going into the office. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and they create a very family-friendly environment. They even have TVs on the ceiling for you to watch while they work on you. :) As they maintain office hours on some Saturdays this has allowed me to continue me to visit since they are located in Lewisville and I live in South Arlington And no longer work in the area. It's absolutely worth the drive.
