I had 4 tooth extracted last week, Since then I have no pain or problem with any of the tooth. Dr. Igor did a wonderful job in the surgery and took care of me after surgery. I'm glad that I found him for my surgery.

Dr Igor Tikhonov and his staff provided an excellent experience for wisdom teeth extraction. Son had impacted top teeth and nerve involvement which complicated the procedure. Dr. Tikhonov is a consummate professional and skilled surgeon.

I feel so fortunate that I was referred to this Doctor. It's not just that he is the BEST at what he does, but the entire staff is Amazing. They are professional, down to earth, and so compassionate. Thanks to the Doctor, I'm all better, but I'm going to miss that whole group. There is a special energy there.

Got my wisdom tooth extracted. Done well and I had little to NO pain except for a little discomfort on the day of surgery. Mr. Igor has good humor as well to cheer you up in case you are worried about the procedure. Reason for just 4 stars is front office, they can do better in terms of follow ups with insurance and call back. Had to wait almost 2 weeks after my insurance pre estimate and approval but I did not receive a call back until I called them back.

I had the best experience at Coppell Oral Facial Surgery. Dr. Tikhonov and his staff was very professional and polite. I had to have oral surgery and it was the painless surgery I've ever had. Would definitely recommend him to everyone looking for a fantastic oral surgeon.

My experience with Coppell Oral and Facial Surgery was amazing. Dr. Igor and all of the staff were pleasant and the procedure was clearly explained. I had a broken tooth removed as well as a wisdom tooth. After the procedure I was pain free. The Dr. actually called me to see how I was doing that same evening. Wow! I would highly recommend this oral surgeon.

Dr. Igor did an amazing job with my 4 extractions! I was nervous at first, but after my 1st consultation, I was made aware of everything that could happen (good/bad). I felt like I was in the driver's seat the whole time and I knew I was in good hands after that. The process was very smooth and painless. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Overall, quick and easy procedure! Highly recommend.

I definitely recommend Dr tikhonov for oral and dental procedures, my experience with Coppell Oral and facial surgery was excellent, I had a weird wisdom tooth that was horizontal and the crown was between the roots of the next molar tooth which is a complicated case, long story short, I was referred to this center after my dentist couldn't pull out the tooth in a regular dentistry procedure, in Coppell Oral Surgery I had a surgery under smooth sedation without any pain during and the days after surgery, minimal bleeding post op and swelling was gone after 48 hours. They are professionals.

I had all wisdom teeth removed at this clinic and my whole experience was great. Dr. Igor walked me through all the steps in my procedure and assured me that everything will be fine. I was very surprised because I had minimal pain and almost no swelling at all. Thanks so much Dr. Igor and everyone at this clinic for taking good care of your patients. I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr.Igor for any of your oral surgery needs.
