Clear braces also come in the form of aligners. Clear aligners look like a full retainer that surrounds the teeth and are worn on the upper and lower teeth. Aligners are more convenient to wear than metal braces since patients can remove them when necessary. If, for example, you get braces then decide to get married, you will either have braces in your wedding pictures or need to pay to remove them and reinstall them after. Zero Stars. They are hiring recruiters to find parents who have medicaid. They are paying us to bring our children here. Which I doubt is legal Well I came in at 11:51 A.M. Appointment was at 12 P.M. I waited until 2:11 P.M for one of my children to just be seen out of four. I complained about this repeatedly. I never received an apology or reasoning. Just lazy employees. I aquired to the front desk that I would like to reschedule. I'm late to work, My children had not eaten lunch , & they were tired of waiting. The front desk ordered pizza to eat while their were people waiting 3 hours or more. The office smelled horrible & was freezing. Long story short , I was forced to leave because I was complaining Not only did NOT ONE of my children were seen until after 2 P.M. SHE WAS UPSET I kept commenting on her poor service she delivers. Now I know from the reviews I'm clearly not the only one who feels this way. Since I was not paid. I happily reported her business to the right people. Now that is how you do business

dislike this place. They told me I had an extra tooth and couldn't get braces they told me to go to Brident to get an extraction I did and they told me my tooth is fused to my regular tooth & they have been trying to get a hold of Cooper & Cooper does not answer.

Horrible experience every time. Too long of a wait every time I come I have to wait no less than 3 hours. Why schedule if you are understaffed? Then when you get in, they wait is even longer. Prepare to spend some time waiting and don't schedule any other appointments because you won't make them.

The Drs kids are running around the entire dentist office eating, no shoes on. The office is fealthy. This place is really disappointing! I'm really concerned about their sanitary conditions. Kudos to the staff however they were nice and professional!

y favorite place. People say first impression counts. If you ever go to an office and feel like home, here you are. I brought my 3 kids here and Dr Fatima took care of them and made them feel comfortable at the first sight. She is so professional. She takes time to listen to you and gives you the right advices. The wonderful peoples at the desk will answer all your questions with smile. And whenever they promise to call they do it. I absolutely recommend this dentist to everyone because I am not changing her. Most amazing her prices are affordable. Thank you Dr Fatima.
