I really appreciate the office response early this year when I wrote the review at Eastside Orthodontics at your East Broward locations at 1515 Broward and at 4640 N Federal about my treatment and your feeling that you were sorry and you took over as Cooper Orthodontics and you separated from Dr Ferrer and Eastside Orthodontics that I guess it was closed by you or one of you? and I do agree it is not personally Dr Cooper fault when Dr Deborah Ferrer made miscalculations in my invisalign treatment in which I ended up with a root canal or maybe more root canals, permanent pain in the teeth and a serious problem with my jaw. It is not your responsibility that Deborah Ferrer stopped helping me with an excused that my problem that started with her treatment in the places you shared as Orthodontics related to her treatment. However, I went to your office this year (I did not see you because you work out of Palm Beach so I was assign a different Orthodontist again and it is a pity because when I originally saw Dr Ferrer my intentions were to see you Dr Cooper but you did not seem to be at the locations in East Broward the days I could so I ended up the treatment with Dr Ferrer) so I saw a different doctor also this time. When I visited your office the new Orthodontist suggested to wait one more year but with a night guard (I guess another year of pain) (To avoid a law suit?) using a night guard. I want to let you know that I am using a night guard but the pain in the teeth did not stop and now I hear like a click sometimes in my jaw in the mornings and the jaw problem is there. So I have gotten a quote on a complete new treatment with the orthodontist that I started seeing when Dr Ferrer abandon the problem that was created with the treatment and I will seek at some compensation since you guys closed Eastside Orthodotics I am not sure I have to ask the compensation to Dr Ferrer directly, to your locations? I want you guys pay for the new treatment because if I did not received the treatments at your offices in the East Broward area I would not be in the need of an orthodontical retreatment. Also I did not serious the orthodontist I was at your office who suggested to use the night guard and I still have the same problems plus the clicking or kind of a pop out soft noice that sounds to me like a disadjustment of the jaw.

Everyone at Cooper Orthodontics are very nice! Office is super pretty, clean and the location is great. Dr.Kevin and Michelle were super sweet with my daughter! 100% recommended!

Dr. Kevin and Michelle were great, they explained everything to us, the front desk girls were very respectful and attentive. Overall, we love the office, it's clean, it didn't take long for them to see us and everyone is nice. Highly recommend
