  • Implementation of team documentation into electronic health record, which has been associated with increased staff satisfaction, improved revenues and the capacity of the team to manage a larger volume of patients (i.e. clinical documentation specialists). (Bodenheimer T, 2014)(Reuben DB, 2014)

Dr. Neesha Patel is excellent. She is personable, caring, and you can ask her anything. I felt very comfortable going for an annual physical. I had an early appointment so the wait time was fine.

My work schedule does not line up with my Dr.'s (early hours vs. Evening hours) so I asked to make an appointment with a different doctor and it is only allowable as a sick visit. They refuse to allow "the patient of a physician" to make an actual appointment with another physician per cooper protocol. I was told to call in the morning and see if they have sick apts open. I have a job, I cant just hope they have an apt open that I can make with my schedule. Why can't I just make an appointment with a doctor that is on my schedule?? This is crazy to me. Way to go cooper, I will now take my business else where as well as my child. And since there are competing urgent cares around me, I will also make sure friends and family choose a non cooper center. Nothing says I care about my patient like holding them hostage if they cannot get on your schedule.

This practice is horrible!!! Do not use them. I only put one star bcz I had to. From the very first day I was treated with complete and total disrespect. They have on more than one occasion refused to refill prescriptions. This last time was the last straw. They started this prescription for me and now refused to refill it today. It's just an anti-inflammatory medication for my severe arthritis. They want a specialist to take over the medication. It's for arthritis. As a primary medical practice they should be able to manage arthritis medications. They are disgusting and down-right abusive for not refilling this prescription.
