Dr. Cooper was born and raised in Greenwood, Mississippi, a small farming town in the Mississippi Delta. Through being raised in the Delta, he learned to treasure the many values, personal relationships, and the simple way of life that he experienced while growing up. Simply put, there was not a better place to grow, live, and learn than Greenwood. He implements these same values into his dental practice today.
Dr. Cooper attended Mississippi State University and remains an avid Bulldog today. He received a Bachelors degree at M.S.U. in Chemistry. Encouraged to follow his dreams, he graduated from the University Of Mississippi School Of Dentistry.
Moving to Dunwoody, Georgia has allowed Dr. Cooper to regain the sense of community and to establish a lasting network of friends and colleagues. Outside of his General and Cosmetic practice, Dr. Cooper spends his free time with his wife Laura and 2 children, David and Caroline. He also enjoys coaching baseball at Murphy-Chandler Park, playing golf, and swimming. Dr. Cooper is actively involved in many charities and community organizations. As we all know, he has a green thumb for gardening! And in keeping with his diverse upbringing, Dr. Cooper surrounds himself with original, recognized artwork by renowned Mississippi artists, H.C. Porter, Walter Anderson, and photographer Reese Pillow.

Tamara, an Iowa native, moved to Atlanta in 2003 and has been here ever since. Starting her professional career in the restaurant business, Tamara has a passion for exquisite food. She went back to school in 2005 to become a dental assistant and has been with Dr. Cooper ever since! She even did her internship here. On the weekends, Tamara enjoys spending time outdoors. You can find her riding bikes or hiking with her two kids (And her dog Chase!)
Tracy S. is originally from Macon, GA. She has been a hygienist for 20 years and has been with Dr. Cooper for over 14 years! She resides in Marietta, GA with her husband, three kids, and dog, Roscoe. Tracy enjoys cycling and watching her children play sports!
Dunwoody native, Tracy M., has enjoyed her dental hygiene career for over 30 years. The relationships she has built with her patients is the best part of her job. Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs and a cat. In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with friends at her beach condo, and exploring new wines.
Katy was born and raised in Alpharetta, GA. and has been in the dental field for over 5 years with her background being insurance. Her favorite part of working at Dr. Coopers office is meeting and getting to know different patients! Katy loves traveling, snowboarding out west and spending time in nature with her son and dog, King Louie!

Dr. Cooper provides the best possible service and care! His staff is extremely talented and he is almost clairvoyant in his ability to discern where problems lie and how to fix them without pain, or with as little pain as humanly possible. He can even perceive underlying health problems. I have recommended Dr. cooper's practice to many friends and everyone agrees he is the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper's since he openened the practice. He is an excellent dentist and a good person. He is straightforward and honest with you. Should you need restorative care, he makes sure you are pain free. His hygenist staff does a wonderful job with preventative work so you can minimize the need for restorative work. Everyone in the office is pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Cooper and Cooper Dentistry without hesitation.

FINANCIALLY DECEITFUL ... Although Dr. Cooper is very knowledgeable and seems to be a great dentist. The stern lady at the front desk originally told me all was to be covered by insurance but I'd have to pay out of pocket and receive refund from the insurance company..which I thought was a little strange being it's 2021 at the time. Seemed to be the old way of doing things. First Visit, I was told I needed x-rays and was in for a cleaning. Then while about to get my cleaning on the table they told me I needed a small debridement in the back of my front two lower teeth .I said okay under the impression the procedure was fully cover under my dental insurance. At completion of the visit/procedure I paid my upwards to $500.00 out of pocket for my visit in regarding to knowing the procedures would be covered, maybe not fully covered but at least a large % in my eyes. Come to find out only $75 was covered, not all procedures are covered within the first year. I asked for a partial refund because of the miscommunication. They said they would call back, with no call and still waiting on my $75......it has been over about a year now....COOPER DENTISTRY DOES NOT PRODUCE SERVICE TO THE BEST PROFESSIONAL MANNER. FINANCIALLY DECEITFUL TO SAY THE LEAST
