My temporary crown broke off this morning (Saturday), so I called the answering service twice and no one ever called me back. No advice or instructions on what to do, or when they can get me in. And I told the answering service that I'm in pain, too. I really thought I would at least get a phone call.

I went to Cooper Dental yesterday and feel so fortunate for the time and kindness they provided me. The plan for my dental work is comprehensive and affordable. I believe that I will finally feel better as they complete the plan. Really excited to feel confident and be able to smile more and live a better life. Thank you so much! Fabulous team! Highly recommend going to this dental group for all dental procedures

Too Fast paced office. Patients in and out very quickly. High traffic office. Hygienists are nice, but didn't listen to use proper cement to ensure crowns stay on tightly. Had to return twice 2 crowns only 3 years old now, with problems. All my other crowns have been on 8 years plus and no problems.

I have been going to Cooper dental group since 2006. When the Coopers were there they were excellent. Then they retired and Dr Carrico was great! Now the office is run by idiots and no one communicates with anyone in that group. The dentists are truly incompetent. I spent over $1800.00 on a partial that does not fit and it took almost 3 months to get it! Seriously incompetent.

Never have I EVER walked into an establishment who treated you like family than your own family. The service they gave and the detailing during the procedure was beyond amazing. Thank you!!!! I will definitely be back.

Paid 189 for cooper plan got my first cleaning and opted for X-ray on 2st cleaning I rescheduled my 2st appointment for the following month they called me and reschedule that appointment forSeptember 12 went in for the appointment they told me I was outside of the year, that was there fault .so I really wanted to get my cleaning and agreed to buy another copper plan so I could get it that day btw I need two new crown's. so I get up to payment desk and they said the new copper plan was $250 now I originally paid $189 for two cleanings and an x-ray hand examination so as far as I was concerned I got cheated out of an x-ray and an exam and then charge $50 more for a new plan I was going to spend 3000 more dollars on getting crowns but I feel ripped off and they charge me $125 for an x-ray and exam I already paid for also the dental hygienist who worked on me and the doctor was very nice and I feel they did a good job. I think the right thing to do would be give me the service I already paid for we shall see. Following up from disappointing appointment and response from office. No I did not have a great experience you could have made it right by giving me what I paid for, I paid for two cleanings and a examination and x-ray and was charged for an x-ray that I already paid for $120 gave them a chance to make it right and all they can say was sorry you didn't have a great experience. I will take by business elsewhere.

Had a follow up dental appointment to get a cleaning and staff from front desk receptionist to hygienist and assistant were wonderful and very professional! Highly recommend this office for any dental services you need.

Beware potential fraud. My insurance covers 80% and they charged me $68.40 to reglue a crown on 9/16. I questioned this and was told I could pay that or I could leave. Today (10/4) I got my insurance statement and was told that I only should have been charged $10. Insurance has no idea why I was charged so much. When I contacted the office they told me they charge the full amount until insurance bills them and they can't refund me until insurance pays them and that would be an additional 2-3 weeks. They charged insurance over $200. The math doesn't add up. I just want future customers to realize that they are going to over charge you. It makes me wonder how many people were over charged and didn't catch it. As of writing this review they still haven't refunded me and I've been a client nearly 30 years. The only reason I stay is because Dr. Parikh is amazing.

Today was my first day back to Cooper Dental since February 2021. I was a little nervous but Lizandra made me feel so relaxed during the entire visit. The dentist was wonderful and I really didn't feel the needle as he administered the novocaine. 20 minutes later together they repaired my teeth. The best part was the $249.00 Cooper Plan that gave me 20% off, including two cleanings and xrays for the next year. I was out in just over an hour. Thanks Team Cooper Dental

I have been bad about my teeth over the years, no cleanings, just neglected them. Recently had a bad tooth ache, called several Dentist Groups, made an appointment, but all I got was a piece of papers with, what was going to be done, how much it was going to cost me, and a large fee up front before they would make an appointment. My Wife heard of. Cooper Dental Group, so made me an appointment, they called the next day and wanted me to come right in. As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the right place. These were the people I wanted to work on my teeth. Walked out of there with a plan, knowing about what I had to spend and with another appointment that week too get started, and I left that day and felt great, that I found a place like "Cooper Dental Group. I originally went in anticipating an extraction and Dr. Kopatich took the time to have Yeanett get the pricing for a root canal. I was assuming it would be super expensive but they were able to break it down and make it manageable. And do the procedure in office instead of referring out like the last office wanted to do. I am glad I switched to this office and look forward to coming back. I was very happy we were able to save the tooth and not pull it.

I have been coming in with my husband since I moved to Daytona 3 years ago. Now my mom and dad from Orlando drive up to cooper dental. We are all happy with the service and quality of the office.

Great dentist, Dr Valente really worked with me with schedule and using anesthesia that is safe for breastfeeding and she was super thorough about getting the fillings shaped perfect so it feels right. It was also shockingly fast, 3 fillings in an hour and they're perfect.

Listen up, if you have dentist anxiety then this is the Dental group for you! I let them know how terrified I was & to treat me as if they were dealing with a 5 yr old I had to have my tooth pulled due to a bad infection & Dr. Parikh & Jessica were the absolute best! The entire staff was wonderful. Thanks for making my unplesant situation a very tolerable experience.
