Stephanie, one of our awesome hygienists, is a native Texan. For over 25 years, she has been caring for her patients and continuing her passion in the dental field. She believes that each of her patients should have an experience that is custom to their individual needs. She enjoys cooking, gardening and hiking along with spending time with her husband and two children.
Heather is a native Austinite and has been practicing dental hygiene for over 3 years. She graduated from Texas A&M at the top of her class. She has a fun sense of humor that fills the office with laughter. Out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, training for marathons and playing with her cat, Archer.
Ivette is an amazing assistant who began her dental career in Houston in 2011. She and her family moved to Austin this year where she has continued to grow in her career. In the office, she focuses on giving her patients a great experience and always bringing out their smiles. Out of the office, she dedicates her time to her husband and two boys.
Caroline is an Austin native who has been an assistant in the dental field since she was 16 years old. She loves what she does and is always looking to make her patients feel comfortable. When she is not helping others improve their smile, she is spending time with her husband and two daughters on Lake Travis with their dogs, Sophia and Truck.
It always surprises people when I tell them I used to be scared of the dentist. As a child who experienced baby bottle tooth decay, I grew up avoiding dental offices. I never admitted having a toothache to my parents and felt constant shame over my dental health. I lived in fear and pain for years. It was not until much later in life that I realized how much of my self-esteem was dependent on my smile.
Cool Creek is my effort to give you and your family everything you desire for a healthy smile, while delivered in a fun environment. All of the lessons Ive learned have been applied to making your visit an amazing one.

It is always great to come to this place! Kindness goes a very long way and I experience it every time! Dr. Kristoff is so professionell and kind and listens to all concerns. Ms Isabell is a true gem! This dentistry really works with you and your needs, I highly recommend it!

My choice of dental practice is Cool Creek Family Dental in River Place TX. The past two times I have had Violeta as my dental hygienist. She is the absolute best person I have gone to for a cleaning. I have highly sensitive teeth and gums and going to the dentist has always been a very fearful event. V is amazing in asking questions and offering solutions to my concerns for paid and sensitivity. I highly recommend her!

Today was my fifth or sixth visit to Cool Creek Family Dental and Dr. Adam Kristoff and I continue to be thrilled with the cleanliness (highly important to me) and the professionalism of both the staff and Dr. Kristoff. I also love the ease of ingress and egress to the office (first floor AND reserved front door parking), with a clean bathroom right there. If I sound like I'm pleased with my dentist, trust me, I am. I'm 65 years old and remember with distaste the days of cables, pulleys and the wickedly intense pain of dentists-of-old. Cool Creek Family Dental is the exact opposite of those days; everything, from the welcoming staff through the x-rays (which are indescribably modern) to the dental work itself are completely and totally pain free and calming.

I lived in Riverplace before and it's always been Cool Creek Family Dental my dental place. Now I lived in Leander, I went to a different dental clinic (close to home) and I wasn't happy and unsatisfied with their work. So I told my husband to get his teeth cleaning in Cool Creek instead even it's a 30 mins drive and he never regret going. I went there last week for my teeth cleaning, and Violeta was so sweet and thoughtful. She cleaned my teeth very well, explained to me what she was doing, and she even suggested/teach me how to clean my 1 year old boy's teeth, since I'm a first time mama. I also met the dentist, she was great as well, she checked my teeth and asked questions. I always like Cool Creek Family Dental and highly recommended. Thank you for all you do. :)

My husband recently went to see Dr. Kristoff at Cool Creek Dental. He performed quite a bit of significant work as my husband was overdue for some pretty major dental work. My husband absolutely RAVED about how much he loved Dr. Kristoff! He compared him to his favorite childhood dentist and shared with me that he felt very comfortable with everything that was done. Dr. Kristoff took his time with him and he didn't feel rushed in the slightest. His pain management both during and after the procedures was outstanding. If we could give Dr. Kristoff more than 5 stars we would, as this was a GREAT experience! Thank you Dr. Kristoff and Cool Creek Dental!

Dr. Kristoff is great to work with. He and his team provide outstanding dental services, they make sure you understand what you're getting and they are thorough. Violeta has been my hygienist. She is very detail oriented and does a great job! I always feel like I am in good hands at Cool Creek Family Dental.

Dr. Kristoff listens attentively to your needs and provides quality client-centered care. I've been a return patient for two years and recently completed a 6 month treatment plan for Invisalign. It's important to note I'm in my mid 20's and the fears I had wearing Invisalign (embarrassment, too "old", etc) wasn't even an issue, the trays are hardly noticeable. I'm very pleased with the results and now my friends want in on the fun! Highly recommend Cool Creek Dental

I was referred the this dental practice by my wife and what a great experience. Thank you wife. It starts at the front desk with a smiling happy greeting. Lauden is 5 star plus hygienist and she has such a wonderful personality. Super exceptional service. She definitely cares about her patients. Cool Creek cares about the health of your teeth. They do a through exam and a through clean. They go over all your options to better your teeth and to keep them healthy. I have to remind myself we only have one set of teeth in our lifetime. I want to keep mine as long as I can. Dr Kristoff is super professional!! Lifetime customer now. God Bless him and his staff! Cameron

I rarely take the time to write a detailed review, but in this case I have to. I accidentally broke my front tooth. I was completely devastated. My very first thought was, my smile will never be the same. My tooth will look fake and it will look nothing like my real one. Dr. Kristoff is a perfectionist. I can definitely say he went above and beyond what I would ever think he would. He is a stickler about his work and appearance ,as I am. He and I were not exactly happy with the way the crown came out the first time. He sent it back to be re-done. After some tweaks to the shape and fit, my second appointment was a major success. My tooth, my smile is back where it was. I highly recommend Dr. Kristoff and thank him greatly for the the patience and effort he placed on me.

The 3 hr trip from Houston was well worth it! Having dental work done can be stressful but Adam and his team made sure I was taken care of. Amazing staff, amazing facility and excellent service.

Found this wonderful establishment by via google search. Went in for checkup haven't had any dental work done since I was 12 now I'm 40 so turns out I need a lot done. Went back had deep cleaning done. Heather was great did a good job. Went back had other side done. Now going back next week to get 3 fillings done. I've always had bad dental anxiety and fear. I feel very comfortable here for some reason. But I'm glad so I can get my teeth fixed and have a better smile

Dr Kirstoff is the best. Ibsaw several dentists over the years, but the search stopped with him. Our entire family has been with him for almost a decade now. His staff are the best - they go out of their way to help out in any way possible.. Highly recommended

Really appreciate these folks. I called in between two holidays after I woke up in agonizing pain from an abscess, hoping they could get me in. They had no appointments but were very friendly about it saying that they would squeeze me in as it was an emergency. By the time I got there I felt a lot better than I did that morning, but knew it's only going to get worse. The staff was very accommodating, never having me feel like a nuisance or a bother. My teeth need a lot of work, I've been without dental insurance until recently. No judgements, very kind, gentle and respectful. They offered me a solution for crowns and with my insurance being new, it won't cover the crowns but it will cover a root canal. I explained it just wasn't in my price range - they offered me numerous solutions with concern. I know it was time for them to be heading out of the office but they didn't rush me or make me feel unwelcome. I appreciate them so much already. My son already has an appointment with them. Would recommend to anyone!

Worst dental experience ever! Dentist lied about veneers being covered by insurance. Temporaries kept falling out due to terrible quality. Veneers still aren't working well since now I have sensitivity and gaps in the veneers. I was a patient there for more than 5 years. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

This place was wonderful. All staff was nice and friendly. Called with an emergency at 715 and was in the chair being seen by 750. I couldn't have asked for better service. When things got rough the even wiped my tears away. Thankful for such nice people on a short notice
