Joann is responsible for everything that makes this office run smoothly from day to day. She assists patients with all aspects of scheduling, billing, and insurance. Joann enjoys helping our patients and interacting with them each time they visit our practice. Each patient we treat has his own unique style and qualities, and Joann loves getting to hear about peoples lives outside of the practice. Her favorite thing about working in orthodontics is getting to share in the experience of our patients, helping them throughout the entire treatment, and seeing how happy they are with their new, beautiful smiles. Joanns life outside the office is kept full with her childrens sports and 4-H activities.
As the newest member of the Cook Orthodontics Team, Torry brings great enthusiasm to our office. A previous patient, Torry has an appreciationfor how a great smile can change how you feel about yourself and the confidence it brings. Her passion is to share that experience with others.
Teresa loves being part of the dynamic team here at Cook Orthodontics, because they get to create beautiful, functional smiles, and work on cases that range from simple crowding to more complex issues. She enjoys working with patients and seeing their increased confidence and self-esteem. It is Teresas goal to make sure each person receives the highest quality care and satisfaction. At home, Teresa stays busy with her daughter and young son. She enjoys the outdoors and family time.
With more than 24 years of experience in the dental field, Irma joined our office in 2009 as a clinical assistant. Irma loves to make sure that each person knows how much she respects him or her, and that she is here to help with whatever the patient may need. Irma enjoys creating a comfortable, fun experience for all our orthodontic clients. When shes not in the office, Irma is busy with her small children at home, though she loves visiting the sand dunes and beach when she gets the chance.
What Mayra likes most about her work is meeting new people every day, helping them to improve their teeth, and seeing how happy they are with their beautiful smiles after their treatment is complete. She also enjoys working alongside Dr. Cook and the rest of our team, and appreciates how everyone at Cook Orthodontics treats our patients like family.
