Dr. Cook opened his office in Evansville, IN, in 2003. Even after he earned the necessary degrees to open his practice, Dr. Cook continues to push himself each year. He is a dedicated man who believes that continued education is the key to quality patient care. He is a recognized member of numerous professional organizations, such as the Indiana Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, to name a few. By staying on top of the most recent advancements in orthodontics, he can better provide for his patients.
Dr.Cook received his Bachelor of Science at Indiana State University. At the Indiana University School of Dentistry, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He then graduated with a Master of Dental Science Degree at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Cook has his hands full with a wonderful family. He and his lovely wife Robin are the proud parents of their son, Carson. Whenever he gets the chance, Dr. Cook enjoys spending his free time traveling, reading, and exercising with his family. He is also partial to a relaxing game of golf on his days off.
Hi, Im Becky. I enjoy being there for our patients every step of the way, from the beginning of treatment to their final results. This awesome workplace has given me the chance to meet amazing coworkers and patients, alike. When Im not in the office, I spend my time with my two beautiful daughters, Nicole and Alexandra. I love to spend time with friends and family, whether it be chillin at the pool or roasting smores by the campfire. I cant wait to meet you!

I came to work at our office in 2009 and I havent left since. My three little bundles of joy have inspired a love for working with children. Hello, my name is Robin. Im proud to say that Ive been a member since Cook Orthodontics opened its doors in 2003. My coworkers are fabulous, and I enjoy working alongside them.I prefer to stay behind the scenes, managing our bookkeeping, payroll, and coordination efforts. Dr. Cook and his entire team are all are so professional, caring, and very thorough. I appreciate the time that they take to answer questions, pay attention to detail, and make sure that their patients are satisfied. I am beyond thrilled with my teeth! It has been several years since I have looked at my teeth and been happy with my smile. I appreciate them all very much! The "little extras" that their office does mean so much, from prizes, to end-of-treatment gift bags, and the monthly games that my boys look forward to. I highly recommend their office and look forward to continuing to work with their office with my follow up appointments and my boys' treatment. They are top notch!

We have experienced professional, friendly and informative orthodontic care for our son who has completed his treatment with braces. Appointments are well communicated and prompt, but always with time for questions. Billing is easy with many options available. Care after the braces are off has been just as attentive. The atmosphere of the office shows that Dr. Cook and his staff genuinely care about each patient behind those healthy smiles!

This Orthodontic office and the employees in it are just amazing. So professional, always friendly, informative and courteous. My children get the best care and always feel comfortable asking questions and talking through issues with Dr. Cook. Thankful to have such great service in our community.

Dr. Cook and his staff are beyond amazing!! I make a 5 hour round trip just to see him! I refuse to see anyone else! He's great with kids, animals, and anything in between! Plus he's kind of cute!

Cook staff was great when my daughter began seeing them 4 yrs ago. As a single mom, I pay each month what I can... but I pay each month. During this covid-19 pandemic, I missed a month and they charged me a late fee. When I called to ask if they would remove it they told me I was taking too long to pay my bill in full and they won't remove it. They didn't do bad Ortho work but the customer service they provide is rude & unforgiving. It would be nice if they try putting themselves in another's position. I understand it's a business but geez, my work CLOSED! If you're not wealthy and can't pay this all up front, don't go to Cook Orthodontics. They are pretty heartless & the lady in billing is not very nice at all & made me feel like crap

I would give it 0 stars if I could. They seemed nice in the beginning, gave me a quote on first consultation and I called them later confirming prices and everything and then scheduled my second visit to get the procedures started. I got there and went ahead to again double check it all and pay but they told me to go ahead and get things started while they were waiting on pending information. After wasting the trip and one hour of my day, they tell me that they got things wrong with my estimate - as insurance wouldn't actually pay for it - and now it would be the double of the price given in their quote. I asked them if I could think about it and call back later that day but they said no and that I had to decide right there and then. I got SO frustrated and told them that if that was the case, it really felt like being trapped and lied to and I wouldn't want it. And Im SO glad I didn't as I found muuuuuch better service - and pricing - elsewhere. Would never go back or recommend it to anyone, be aware and check other places before getting anything done there.
