Orthodontist Dr. Anthony L. Cook went to college at Temple University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He attended Temple University School of Dentistry, earning his D.M.D. degree. He then pursued a one-year residency program in dentistry at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He returned to Temple University School of Dentistry to complete a residency in orthodontics, receiving a Certificate in Orthodontics. He is a former assistant professor in the Department of Orthodontics at Temple University. He has been in private practice at an orthodontic office for more than 25 years.

Dr. Cook gives presentations to dentists and other dental specialists about advancements in orthodontics and how orthodontics can enhance the outcome of other dental work. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, Greater Philadelphia Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Dental Society of Chester and Delaware Counties, Main Line Dental Society, and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. He attends multiple continuing education events each year to keep up with the latest advancements and innovations in orthodontics.

Dr. Cook has been recognized as one of Philadelphias Top Rated dentists by Philadelphia Magazine from 2010 to the present. He has also been recognized as a Top Rated Dentist by Main Line Today from 2004 to the present. He is the official orthodontist for the Philadelphia 76ers.

He and his wife, Lisa, have two sets of twins, Anthony and Emily, who are 14 years old, and Caroline and Eva, who are 5 years old. He enjoys vacationing in Cape May with his wife and children.
