Crest White Strips are strips of plastic wrap with dots of bleaching gel on them that wrap around the front 6 teeth only. For most people, they work well and are the only product available in stores that will hold the bleaching gel on your tooth surfaces long enough to be effective.

Disposable bleach trays. We sell these sets of wax trays in the office. They extend farther back than Crest White Strips but not fully like Custom Trays. Wear them for 30 minutes then discard. The kit includes 10 upper and 10 lower trays.

Custom Trays. We take a digital impression of your teeth and fabricate custom trays for you thattreat every natural tooth. Custom trays come with bleaching gel that you place sparingly into the trays and wear either for 30 minutes during the day or while you sleep. Custom trays work best because they hold the bleaching gel against the tooth surface best. If your trays dont fit after getting a new crown, well replace them at no cost. Bleach for a few days until youre happy with results, save the remaining gel for a touch-up and when you need more, we sell refill gel at the office. Invisalign trays can be used as Custom Bleach Trays.

Keep bleaching gel off the gums as it can cause temporary color change and sensitivity in gum tissue. As with any bleaching product, teeth can become temperature sensitive after bleaching. If that happens, discontinue bleaching until sensitivity subsides and try again later. Bleaching gel lifts surface stains; it does not lighten the internal color of the tooth. Fillings and crowns will not lighten with bleach. Results vary. If whitening does not get the desired results, ask us about other options.

Dentists are always great, receptionists always rude and blunt since i've been coming here kind of ruins the experience for me as that's the person you first talk too.

I went to Cook Family Dentistry for a annual exam. The first exam went fine enough and the Dentist was friendly. Turns out I needed a crown done and a few fillings. I went back to get the additional work done and had a horrible experience. They had suggested I schedule an 8 AM appointment, so I took it. I went in as appointed and they proceeded to admit we the numbing shot. I was not getting numb. So here are the issues I am having. 1.) They used the excuse that you should eat before coming that early in the morning. I was never prepped for this beforehand. 2.) They had a hygienist come in to administer more of the needle moving agent. She was not careful, I almost choked on the liquid twice as she wasn't careful at all. Overall horrible experience. Especially for a place that is so busy it's hard to get convenient appointments. I ended up walking out with no work done but a halfway numb face. Edit: about an hour after I walked out my entire face and neck was numb. It stayed numb for roughly 9 hours.

I guess it's been about 5 years since my last visit. I had an appointment, got a few hours off work to get my teeth cleaned. I show up and a new office manager greeted me. I'd been coming here for about 2 or 3 years by this time. Well, I tried to check in and the office manager tells me that they don't have an appointment for me. How is that possible? You always get an appointment card when you leave. And we verified that the appointment date written on the card was indeed that day. I asked if I can be seen today since, well, I can only get a few hours off per year for office visits. She said they were fully booked and she couldn't do anything for me. I left after a few minutes of arguing back and forth. I did get a call while I was heading back to work but I wasn't in the mood to answer. She did try to explain in an email that she was going to see if I can be seen that day, but the damage was already done and I wasn't able to go back to the dentist office. I thought Dr. Cook and the hygienists are good but will not deal with another hiccup with their appointment system or the office manager. I do miss the hygienists. They were professional and friendly. They were thorough with their work.

Dr. Cook is great! However if you need a repair on the faulty work performed by her dentistry you might want to look for another dentistry. I've been going to her dentistry since it was owned by Dr. Burns, your loyalty and you being a long standing patient does not mean anything to them. It's really unfortunate that they operate in this fashion.

I was turned to Dr. Cook by none other than my wife! As most husband can can imagine what a decision making process this would turn out to be! Dr. Cook and Her team of dental hygienist are all about patient "comfort" from the start! My favorite part about visiting The Cook family was finding out that Dr. Cook was NOT indeed a "heavy handed" dentist! Such a relief! Also the Cook family does wonders with children! As our 4yr old daughter just adores her! I must not forget to mention how easy going the Receptionist/Billing department is! Always getting me and my family back to Dr. Cook Within a timely fashion and answering all of our Bill pay/insurance questions! Dr. Cook And her team have such gentle souls In the end looking back it was such a relief to be a part of such an easy decision making process my wife maid for our family!

I was traumatized during one of my childhood visits to the dentist. While I place a high priority on my dental health, routine dental visits, much less anything beyond that, have always been difficult for me. A few years ago, I was treated quite roughly during a dental procedure, and that was the last time I saw that dentist. I had known Dr. Cook for a long time but had never used her for my dental care before. After that rough procedure, I called Dr. Cook; and she assured me that she and her staff would take good care of me. Dr. Cook was true to her word, and I now rather enjoy seeing her a couple of times a year and getting superior and leading-edge dental care. I highly recommend Cook Family Dentistry!

I had a cleaning and exam today, completed by their new hygienist, Amber. She was gentle but thorough while taking x-rays, attentive to time and kind. I am a high anxiety dental patient and she was amazing. I am happy Amber is now part of the team.

20+ years of great service. I have been going to this office for over 20 years and I am always impressed by the level of professionalism and quality care that I receive. Employees may come and go over time, but the standard of care in this office continues to set the bar very high. I was just in for an appointment yesterday (cleaning + filling) and the staff continues to demonstrate high standards that set this clinic apart from many others. Thank you!

Really disappointed in how this ended. I have been going to Cook Family Dentistry for a few years now. Dr. Cook is very nice, gentle, and did not shame me for anything wrong with my teeth. Which I really appreciate. In August, I called because I was having some tooth pain. I went in, got an X-ray, she took some pictures, poked it, and said it looked fine. Ok. The following week the pain was unbearable. I called and their next available appointment was a week away. That was frustrating, but it is what it is. That was a Thursday. The pain only worsened. I called the emergency line on Saturday and left a message asking for help/advice. I was literally sobbing through half of the message. She did not call or text me back. I called again on Sunday and left a message begging for a call back or text. I needed help. Again, no response. I was able to get in on the following Tuesday, where again I got an X-ray and she performed tests to the tooth to see if the roots had died. She suspected I needed a root canal and gave me a referral. So...why did she not perform these tests the first time I came in? Why have an emergency line if you a)don't answer and b)don't respond? Dr. Cook never addressed my messages. The front desk said "yeah, she was out of town". No apology offered, no explanation of how their emergency line worked - nothing. When I left the practice and transferred my care to a different dentist, they asked how they could have served me better. So I explained this situation in great detail. Zero response. Literally NOTHING. Needless to say I won't ever be going back, and cannot recommend this dentist to anyone. Again, so disappointed in how this turned out. I truly needed help and did not receive proper care.

I was very pleased with her great work she did for me. Her staff at the office are wonderful and friendly. and kind.
