Dr Conway is more than just an orthodontist. He's a genius... he won't settle for mediocrity. He doesn't just care about straight teeth. He will spend hours upon hours studying each and every case that comes to him to make sure that every person is cared for wholly, bones, airways, bite, alignment, etc. he understands the importance of each of these components and how they impact so many aspects of a persons overall health throughout the lifetime. Don't sell yourself short, go to a Dr that cares about health and the human body and how it's supposed to function properly.

DECEPTIVE BILLING!! Asked multiple times if there was a cost for consultation, Joan said dont worry, we will talk about it. Fast forward and I get a bill for $380 for a jaw brace that I never even got. They sent me to collections without so much as a phone call. After spending thousands here thats how they treat me?? Not very courteous, or straightforward. Be careful! Watch out! Get things in writing if you deal with Conway. You say its not personal, just business policy, but business is the most personal thing in the world. I will never be back. Other reviews here say the same thing so I know it isnt just me. Be careful.

Writing a review because of how strongly I feel. Dr. Conway is beyond smart and knowledgeable. I am an adult who had a bad bite and he was able to get me to the perfect smile, not even exaggerating. Not only did he fix my teeth but my bite and my jaw pain as well. He cares so much about his patients, he's like a perfectionist. I never had a problem with payments either. Everything was straight-forward. I strongly recommend!!

Unprofessional, and doesn't communicate well. I was referred by my dentist after having continuous jaw pain. I go in for a quick consult (about 20 minutes) seemed great. I scheduled for a more in depth consultation to better understand and determine a treatment plan. As I scheduled I asked about my insurance (I knew prior that my insurance was covered for ortho treatment) I was told they accepted my insurance and she would look further into it and let me know when I came back. So, the day for impressions and xrays is here. Everything is going pretty quick and seems great. Until Dr. Conway starts talking about politics. It was so uncomfortable, I couldn't even believe a licensed, medical professional was talking about something so personal. He also would make strange comments of how I should get my husband's "permission" with moving on with treatment. I did not move on with treatment here. I was also given a $380 bill for a consultation. Most offices will offer free consultations. It would've been nice to know this prior to even scheduling.

I have been a "Conway Mom" for the last 10 years with 3 children. I knew that I would not be able to send my kids to the run-of-the-mill, puberty sweat shop that I went to as a kid because of complicated mouth genetics on both sides of the family. I see the results of sub par orthodontia every day in the mirror and I wanted better for my kids. I found a smart dentist who then referred me to the smartest orthodontist in Omaha. If you want the best, you go see Conway. He is the orthodontist that trains the other dentists and orthodontists. He's the one who bails out the orthodontists and dentists who don't know how to fix complicated cases. Regarding money: The office manager worked tirelessly to get every penny out of my insurance which I greatly appreciated. I payed fees when my kids knocked off brackets eating candy etc. Conway has to do extra work, so there should be a fee. I payed for an extra X-ray when needed. My child was then spared an oral surgery. So I saved money big time by his attention to detail. Conway, in conjunction with our dentist, watched my youngest child for 3 years so we started her treatment when her mouth was ready. I was glad to pay $50 three separate times. Lastly, he actually cares enough to get to know your family and your kids. When you spend time in a waiting room every month for ten years, you need to like your provider and their staff. Highly recommend!

My son and I see Dr. Conway, he is one in a million! I'm so impressed with his knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biology as it relates to orthodontics. It's so important to do braces right the first time and according to our individualized orthodontic needs. My son is getting his treatment in an optimal growth period preventing him from ending up with the same airway problems I experience now, 30 years post braces with different orthodontist. I truly can't say enough about Dr. Conway and his staff, they are nothing short of amazing!

Dr. Kelly Conway is a true professional! After going through adult braces, and then also putting our daughter through braces, we were extremely happy with both outcomes! Dr. Conway is a perfectionist. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work that he does. Would highly recommend!

Dr Conway is very good at what he does. However--as other reviewers have said--his billing practices are less than transparent and straightforward. If you visit him, expect surprise bills that contradict what he tells you in person. I would like to keep seeing him, but no longer feel confident in what I will be charged.

Great experience. A through checkup was done, which carefully detailed an action plan for each child. Dr. Conway is very knowledgeable about his profession and will gladly discuss any questions or concerns. We discussed payment plan options with the front desk. I see other reviews mentioned a "surprise bill", I can only assume they did not pay attention or ask questions. We were given a detailed paying plan which we had to agree to and sign before anything was done. In addition to this, we receive a very detailed bill in the mail each month. There are no surprises at all. We checked other offices and went in for other consultations until thankfully another professional suggested Dr. Conway's office. It's perfect for us.
