Dr. Nikki Nguyen and staff are awesome! I really appreciate the time Dr. Nguyen takes with you and her concise but thorough explanations for any questions I had. Y'all, look no further for a dentist in the Conway area!

When I moved to Conway I went to CFD. When I received my first exam the dentist did not probe my gums or talk about them. I went to the office because my back tooth was very sensitive. Dr. Nguyen looked at my tooth and filled it and said it had to be removed. The next day my jaw swelled up and hurt. I called the office on Saturday and left a message. No one returned my call. I called Monday morning and explained my situation. Dr Nguyen said the swelling was from the needle and gave me a inflammatory medicine. I have problems with swelling today. When I talked to Dr. Taylor about what happened and the swelling he said I was attacking Dr. Nguyen and didn't ask me to come in to be looked at. I am 65 and have many dentist looking at my teeth. But these two dentist are the worst.

This place let's you make an appointment for something and when you get there they don't do it. This happened twice to me . After waiting 4 months for a price , which only happened because my husband made all the phone calls to our insurance company. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I would not even give this place 1 star! Didn't have any problems prior to visit. Was told had a a small cavity, had filling, less then a week later, extreme pain in that tooth. Called to come back in and was given an appointment 3 weeks later because they were all booked. Now I received a bill for the follow up, and being called a liar about the length of time for follow up. Dentist apologies for the pain and says there may be a crack in the tooth. Well, there was no pain or crack prior to filling! FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST!!! DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE!!!!

Just about my entire top row of teeth have been rapidly decaying. Dr Nikki fixed me right up with some matching crowns that look amazing. Very grateful that I found Conway family dentistry. Dr Nicki did an amazing job. I highly recommend anyone that needs dental work done to give these guys a try. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Went in to have a cavity filled. They filled it, but soon after I got home and the medicine wore off. The pain was back. Made another appointment to go back and get it fixed and have other work done. Waited for around 3 hours to have the work done. Haven't had an issue since. The wait time was long, in my opinion, especially if you have an appointment. I had an issue with a bill, but they were able to show me exactly what the bill was for, instead of what the statement showed it was for.

Hands down, Dr. Taylor is the best dentist I've been to in my 40+ years!!!! All the staff in the office is wonderful also. So glad I found this office after moving here

Small hometown office. Friendly staff. Just what we were looking for when we moved here. Wasn't thrilled with the big box dental office we first went to. So glad we found Conway Family Dentistry. It's close and convenient. Recommend for sure.

I can't express enough how absolutely fantastic my experience was with all of the staff. I have not stopped bragging about how great my experience was ! I had a tooth pulled & I felt no pain during or after the Novacaine wore off! Highly recommend. Ty Dr Taylor

Dr. Daniel Taylor and his staff are wonderful! Not your cookie cutter dentist but one with a personality and a heart that cares about your dental needs. I had a tooth that needed a root canal and he re-arranged his schedule to get me out of pain. I am new to town and it was my first visit, but it sure won't be my last. The staff is as amazing as Dr. Taylor and you feel like they have known you forever in just minutes of stepping into the office. They are now my family dentist!

The staff is very friendly. I was in a lot of pain and they made sure I was seen quickly and my problem tooth was extracted. I am so glad I found them. Dr. Taylor was awesome
