Dr. Spencer Gordy was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Conway High School, and the University of Central Arkansas, and is a proud supporter of the Wampus Cats and Bears. Dr. Gordy graduated from Louisiana State University Dental School in New Orleans, LA. While in dental school, Dr. Gordy received numerous awards and scholarships, such as the first awarded F. Harold Wirth Scholarship for Professionalism and Ethics, and the Robert F. Eastman Award and Scholarship for Excellence in Operative Dentistry, the most prestigious award given by the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry. Dr. Gordy also received the Delta Dental Student Leadership Award and Scholarship in recognition of outstanding leadership, service and scholarship in dentistry.
While in Cajun Country, Spencer met his wife, Leslie from Lafayette, LA. The two were married in 2012 and have two beautiful little girls and adopted a son. The Gordy's are excited to have made Conway their home.

LESLIE, the office manager, was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL because I called into the office to discuss an issue with billing to my insurance company! I have a primary and secondary insurance plan through Delta Dental of Arkansas, and they billed both companies for a routine cleaning and charged a higher premium. With this being said, Dr. Mallet, Dr. Gordy, and Sabrina, the dental hygienist, were very kind and provided great services! My daughter and I changed to another dental office because Leslie, the office manager, was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, and she stated that she's the OWNER of the dental office! To respond to Leslie, the owner's reply, you are even RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL in your response to every poor/low review that you receive. If it wasn't for the professionalism and great service from the dentists and hygienist, you would be out of business! Additionally, you didn't provide me with any courtesy of filing my insurance. I have great dental insurance to go wherever I please to go, and you are in network with my insurance company. Therefore, you tried to collect from both policies and overcharged for services that my primary coverage paid you for! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that my daughter still had a charge that you were trying to collect on because the insurance didn't pay the overcharges. You won't get a chance to do that again though! With that being said, I won't and don't have anymore time to waste on you or with you!!!!!

I have been going to this place for many years and have never had any issues. Dr. Leo Crafton is a super nice guy and very experienced. I was pleased to learn that the Gordy's also attend our church and they seem like really awesome caring people. I also love the new follow up policies that they have been using, there is never an excuse for missing an appointment by simply saying you were not told, I like this as it keeps me on my toes and accountable. Good folks here, I'm sure you would like them if you are looking for a dentist in Conway.

Always a relaxing and smooth experience at Conway Family Dental. Liberty is an excellent assistant who made me feel comfortable and addressed all my questions and concerns. Dr. Crafton is a very skilled and capable dentist whose recommendations you can always trust. And Anna is a great hygienist whom I always look forward to seeing every six months. I highly recommend this office.

Once again, Dr. Mallet and his team did a wonderful job. The entire crew is kind, quick, thorough, and just downright fun. The fees are reasonable, the facility is top notch, and they always spend enough time with me. They all know my family members and appreciate us.
