I've been coming for a few years now and this place is AWESOME!! Everyone is so nice, friendly, and very welcoming. The office is beautiful, nice and clean. I enjoy every single visit with them. The doctor is very caring and gentle. I never looked foward going to see the dentist until this place. I highly recommend them and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you, you all are awesome

I had a slight chip in one of my front lower teeth. Made the appointment and was told when I called that I was due in a few weeks for my cleaning so they schedule them both for the same time. Came in and was seen by Chance.Then by D.D.S Fredkoff who fixed the chip, I was told they it was a limited appointment but that they had a cancelation and would be able to get my cleaning done in 45 mins later. Was only disappointed that the scheduling person. I talked to didn't actually schedule the cleaning as well.

This is not a good place to go. I'm new to Converse, TX and thought I would give this location a try. They are not organized or professional. I scheduled an appointment months in advance. Took off work for the appointment. Only to be told the doctor is not available at the time they scheduled me for. I Never received a call, voice message, email or text message informing me of the cancelation or the need to reschedule. And they refused to squeeze me in at an earlier time before the doctor leaves for the day. They expected me to waste another day taken off from work. Its clear they do not respect all of their clients time. If you would rather find a dentist who respect their clients I suggest you go else where. That is definitely what I plan to do!!!! NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I had an appointment at 11 am that's been scheduled for awhile. I also took off of work for this appointment that I intended to keep. I do understand that appointments are not kept by patients however, I feel the policy to cancel someone's appointment is wrong if they've NEVER missed an appointment with your office. This would be my third visit and Not responding to a text message etc is not a good reason because some people work, life happens etc. And to put other patients that you can put in that time slot that's booked baffles me as I am a paying customer as well. Your office manager Oscar -- needs to find a better way. Clearly this office does not value their business or their customers or one would think you'd keep the ones that have come consistently. Very disappointed. RE: to their response - I'd advise everyone to re-read HOW they respond to their customers bc clearly IF 99.9% of their customers were EVEN coming they wouldn't have a ridiculous policy. You are correct we are NOT a good fit- as I am searching for professionalism and excellent customer service.

Definitely the best dentist and dental experience I have ever had! Had 12 cavities filled here and would describe it as an enjoyable experience! And wow do they look great! Even her dental assistants were admiring my newly beautiful teeth after she was done (and they been in the business for 10-20 years!). Would highly recommend Dr. Tara Nath. She is amazing!! Funny, patient, precise. She will make you feel very comfortable while doing the best job. "If it isn't the best for my mouth, then it isn't good enough for my patients".

my first visit and i already love this place. kimberly assisted me before i saw the doctor and she's honestly the best! she made me feel at home, comfortable, she's funny, patient and she checks on me to make sure i'm doing well. she also answers any concerns i have and explains things thoroughly so i'm not left confused and unsure. the entire staff is extremely nice and i'll definitely be going back!

Q is absolutely amazing. I am always so nervous when I go in but she always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She gives me a blanket to make sure I am not cold. She holds my hand every time. These are a couple of ways she shows she cares. She has the sweetest and most calming voice. She is the master of everything.

Very easy to schedule, there was no long waiting times once I arrived . I got a cleaning and it was not harsh nor painful like other places. My dental hygienist was very nice and easy to talk to. I'm glad to come here for my future dental treatment.

They mail out advertisements saying new patients implants are 899. I called and was told that's just for the first part of the procedure and there is additional cost for the rest. Not a fan of fake advertising wasting my time. Re your response I have two scheduled for the whole thing for 2100 which was a great price. I saw your ad and your reviews and hoped to get it done for a lower price. You have some attitude.

If I could do negative stars I would!!! Do not ever go here I am warning you. The dentist was arguing with the assistant and dropped dental tools or whatever he was using in my wife's mouth. This was more than once and during the whole procedure he talked trash and disrespected the assistant. My wife had bad pain to point she went to another dentist and he pointed out several things that were done wrong and we are paying for another dental visit because this incompetent dentist.

I would I could give more than 5 stars! this place and every single one of the staff members are so friendly and caring. I went in due to a broken tooth I had and was afraid because other dentist I've gone to for it wanted to charge me over $2500 for one tooth, I was able to fix my tooth here and much more for less than half of that. If you're looking for a new dentist, I'd highly recommend converse dentistry!
