Dr. Alexander Ham was born and raised in Oakland. He received his B.S. degree in Genetics at the University of California, Davis. He then attended the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry and also became a commissioned officer in the US Air Force. After graduating from UCSF, Dr. Ham completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Sheppard AFB, Texas where he was the Chief Resident. Dr. Ham served as a US Air Force dentist for 4 years, having held the rank of Captain, and was the Chief of Clinical Dentistry at Edwards AFB, California. He currently serves as an Air Force Reservist.
Dr. Tiffany serves as a Board Director for the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Contra Costa Dental Society.

Excellent dentists! I've said it in previous reviews and reiterate again today. Dr Ham is incredible. He and his staff provide such mindful and customer-focused dental care. Extremely attentive to my needs and always makes what can be an anxious experience as painless as possible.

Dr. Ham is a really great dentist!! He's very patient and he tells you what he needs you to do while he's working on your teeth. His staff is very nice also and considerate of your needs. I would recommend him to everyone. He's been really great so far and he has gone out of his way to help me out.

Professional, Dr Ham does the cleaning in addition to the exam to get a careful look. The receptionist is flexible. The RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) knew how to floss without pulling the floss into the gum tissue, The price including x-rays was very affordable, and, Dr Ham did not recommend $12,000 of repairs the way the last dentist did.

Dr. Ham and his team were awesome as Usual. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed even before I got in the door. I always learn valuable information about my dental health when I see them for a appointment. Their facility is very clean tidy. I hope to keep this office as my dental team for years to come.

I always have a great experience going to Contra Costa Dentistry, i have been going to this clinic for few years now and received nothing but exceptional service. Their staff are professional and very helpful from start to finish w/mhich makes everything quick and simple. Their office is super clean and they have taken necessary precautions during this time to keep us safe.
