Has a lady at the front desk that is tactless , Lacks interpersonal skills , argumentative and totally unprofessional. Dentist defends her. A co-worker has told me that she is hard to work with.

Great staff and doctor! I like this place and they did a great job on my bridge implant. I recommend this place to others. Thumbs up.

Disappointing. Stopped in to get a feel for the office with my new dental insurance. It's been a long time, I need alot of work & I need to know the people are gentle & kind. "Make an appointment." she barked. The charming office worker. I would say I got a pretty good feel for that office. Moved on to another.

I hired Dr. Karkara to remove and replace 2 metal caps with porcelain/ceramic. Also, remove a bad root canal tooth in the middle in an effort to continue to remove all the metal in my mouth. It was decided that a bridge between two instead of implant would be best course. For some reason, it was very painful each time. She even commented that she had to use an unusual amount of numbing agent because I kept feeling so much pain. She intended to do more the first day, but opted not to because she thought she couldn't give me any more that day. The second day was equally painful. I left in tears. I don't know why it was so painful, my anxiety was building. The third day, I didn't want to go, but knew it would be the last day. I would be done and would not have to go back. Third (last) visit, remove temporary, replace with permanent. Painful. Left in tears. Went home, looked in mirror and saw a hole on the front side of the new permanent cap. Immediately called and they made an appointment for the morning at 9:30. So upset I had to go back. Didn't want to ever go back. Fourth visit, after seeing the hole the assistant exclaimed, "oh...that is just the metal showing through." Metal??? Dentist came in and realized her mistake of putting even more metal in my mouth instead of removing it all. Then proceeded to "fix/patch" the hole in my cap. More pain and anxiety. Went to her office girls to check what I paid for, then came back and offered me to either come back and have her replace it with non-metal option, or give me back the $400 difference between what she put in my mouth and what I paid for. She put me through all that and didn't even give me what I paid for - this is not merchandise, this is my body. I was crying and in pain, very anxious, and wanting to leave immediately. I had pain in my mouth and my tooth looks awful. The fix, is like spackle, something I feel with my tongue every day because it has a rough edge to it. It took time to even visit another dentist to help tell me what to do. I paid for another dentist to evaluate and consult, and multiple visits to a Physical Therapist to work on the muscles in my mouth. I am attempting, now after therapy on my mouth, to have the bridge removed and the crowns replaced with porcelain/ceramic non-metal option, but Insurance won't help on these teeth unless Dr. Karkara's office provides a letter to Humana voiding the claim. Jessica from the Dr. Karkara's office told Humana that they won't void the claim because I still have the bridge in my mouth. She said that they provided me the option of replacing the metal caps and bridge with a non-metal option or giving me the $400 difference and keeping the metal one. This is true, however, not an option for me because I can not have work done on my mouth at that office again. Too much trauma. I need to have someone else remove it. I will be happy to mail it to anyone who wants it after, but having her go in my mouth to do dental work is not an option. She did the wrong thing, caused PTSD, and now I have to pay full price to get it fixed all over again. Stay away.

The office staff is very professional and truely cares for the patients. Jessica at the front desk is super sweet! I've never had someone go out of their way for patients like Jessica does. I drive 30 minutes just to go to this office and will continue to do so.

As I read these reviews, they mostly have to do with insurance confusion or a receptionist who woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The important factors to me are 1) The place is immaculate and clean making me at ease about health / safety. 2) The hygienists are GENTLE, and have a great attitude, cleaning my mouth without causing me pain. 3) The doctor is professional and makes intelligent suggestions for treatment based my needs, and I never feel like they are suggesting things for unauthentic reasons. I go out of my way to look for dental plans that include this facility.

This is absolutely worst dentist I have ever experienced. My mouth has never been the same after seeing her. She shave down almost every single one of my teeth so far that I can't eat anything lightly cold, warm, or even soft. And it's been going on for 7 months after seeing her. Imagine to live with my mouth messed up for that long. Now I have to search for a holistic dentist to fix my mouth. This dentist just want to make money, she doesn't care if your mouth getting fixed. During the time I visit her, she has a very rough hand make me very nervous sitting on that chair. She made my normal teeth not even feel normal anymore, and the teeth need to be fixed is worse than before. She also ruined my bite that I didn't expect to feel, my mouth now in very uncomfortable and it's been for 7 months, it even affect my head, the pain it gave me headache, I wish I could explain more how I feel right now. I wrote this review so everybody can be aware of and try to avoid what I hav to go through now.

I am so thankful that I found this office through my insurance search two years ago! Obviously, no one is ever excited to have dental work; however, this dentist and her staff are so very friendly, caring and courteous, that I was able to relax through several procedures. Along with the gentle atmosphere, I have received 100% professional dental work. When I first sat in the chair, my request was a pretty smile. Believe me, the results are amazing! I Love My Smile! THANKS!
