Dr. Constants interest in dentistry began when he was in high school. He had a toothache and decided to go to a community health clinic to relieve his pain because he did not have a personal dentist at the time. This was the first time he experienced a dentist in action, and he realized the impact a dentist can make on a persons life. Dr. Constants experience at the community health clinic inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry. He wanted the ability to provide compassionate dental care to people in pain and also help them feel confident and at ease throughout the process.
After graduating from Brooklyn College, Dr. Constant worked for the New York City Health Department as a Health Inspector. Then, he attended dental school at Howard University in Washington, D.C. After obtaining his dental degree, he moved back to NYC to further his education in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Lutheran Hospital in Brooklyn, which is currently known as NYU Langone Hospital. Throughout his career, he has worked in private dental practices and in community health centers. Today, he is the proud owner of Constant Dental Care, a general dentistry practice that focuses on providing personalized care in a comfortable setting.
Dr. Jacob completed her undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University in New York then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC. She went on to further her dental training in General Practice Residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center located in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Jacob strongly believes in dental excellence and compassionate care. She also believes that education is an ongoing commitment and she keeps up to date with dentistry through continuing education lectures and courses. She finds great happiness in helping people achieve confidence in their smiles and looks forward to making their experience in the dental office comfortable and positive. Part of her interests include giving back to the community and she has participated in providing dental care at Give Kids a Smile events. Her other interests include spending time with family and friends, cooking, and checking out restaurants and local events.

We have been patients there since our dentist today over 20 years retired. Very responsive, caring and personal le service. Cleaning are pain free as the staff has a gentil touch. Highly recommend them!

This was my first experience with Dr. Constant. The first thing you will notice is how clean the office is. His office staff is so welcoming and his assistant is extremely knowledgable and kind. Dr. Constant performed a root canal on me (one that I was very nervous about.) He took care in answering my questions and assuring me throughout the procedure. You will be in very good hands at this practice.

Dr. Constant takes you right away for an appointment. He always makes you laugh. He really cares about the health of my teeth and is compassionate when it comes to any problem and he makes sure not to hurt he uses a small needle. I trust my toothcare to him over the many dentists I have seen.

I saw Dr.Constant as an emergency patient, and, he assured me that it will be okay to come in the office immediately. Went here for the first time because I needed a root canal that my dentist couldn't do. Dr Constant explained in detail what would be done and why and even showed me the X-rays in detail on a big screen TV. The staff was so accommodating and courteous as well. I had two appts and got a root canal and a beautiful porcelain cap to replace my ugly metal one!! This is now going to be my dentist I highly recommend this dentist !!

Very clean office, nice staff, dentist, and awesome front desk receptionist. Although I went to get a filling fix because it had chipped off i then started to feel sensitivity to cold/hot temperatures and when eating. I Knew right away the filling wasn't done correctly i never experienced this before on any of my teeth. I called to go back and have it checked out doctor told me the filling look fine and he added some material to the filling to see if that would help he told me to come back if it keeps bothering me that a root canal would be the next step. I then went to another dentist l know and was told the filling wasn't done correctly and he noticed that i have a crack in the filling right away (showed me where the crack was) which is causing the sensitivity and the fill needs to be re done correctly. I now have to wait to have the filling re done. I don't feel comfortable going back here and upset the doctor didn't tell me there was a crack in the filling causing all this pain, and wanted to send paper work to my insurance to have a root canal which isn't needed. If i could rate this place a 0 star i would. After leaving them a bad review they basically denied any service after and got really offended to finish working on my tooth with a crown. I tried reaching them over the phone called about 5xs and no answer i knew they were doing it on purpose. I had called from a different number and they returned the call back TWO TIMES!! I couldn't believe it. The Dr there had the urge to call me on a Saturday when there not even open lol told me they have closed at 12pm that Friday, but returned the call from the different number 2xs at 4:04pm when supposedly they were closed!! They were trying so hard to avoid me. He basically told me to go to another dentist! I take this as discrimination. Never again am I returning back here nor answering there phone calls good luck to who ever goes here! Could of just told me straight up by being respectful and answering the phone! Mind you specially to someone being pregnant!!

I walked into a extremely clean Dental Office with all the safety measures in place. Dr. Tessie Jacob is compassionate, caring, gentle and patient. Her assistant hygienist is also caring and gentle. The receptionist is also great. I highly recommend Constant Dental Care to everyone. It is truly a pain free experience.

The place is beautiful, so clean and the staff was very nice and very professional. I always get high anxiety going to the dentist but this was by far the best experience I have ever had and I'm 39 so that says something. They took X-rays the Dr Constant did my cleaning which was so smooth and painless. In the past even the cleanings would hurt because my mouth is very sensitive but it didn't hurt one bit! Then he took the time to show me my xrays to discuss what the next move will be all of this on a tight schedule for me but never felt rushed by the Dr or staff. I would highly recommend them for any dental needs!!!

Let me start of by saying I'm usually scared of the dentist. But today I went for just a regular cleaning here. Dr Jacob and all of her staff are great. They Go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. They are extremely professional and yet at the same time make you feel like you are part of the family. I was so comfortable I ended up getting couple fillings done that same time.Great dentist great experience!
