This review is related to my experience during a consult. It is not a comment on the knowledge or the expertise of the staff. I went in for an orthodontics consult earlier this week. I'd filled out my insurance info ahead of time, and mentioned who i was insured by (and which insurance plan I was NOT on). Nothing was mentioned about y being out of network with them until after pictures, x-ray and 3D imagery worth $248 was completed. As I was being charged I was told that they were out of network with y dental insurance plan. If they'd only mentioned this 5 - 10 minutes earlier I could have saved a ton of money and gone elsewhere. I had gone to this clinic with 2 recommendations but left it with a very bitter taste. I bit of straightforwardness and proactivity on behalf of the clinic, to tell a prospective patient that they are not in network would have been appreciated.

I started working with Dr. Constant in 4th grade and have had two Invisalign treatments in his office in the past ten years. He is a reliable and capable orthodontist; all his assistants and office staff are friendly and efficient. Recently my retainer cracked and I called the office for a replacement. They asked me to come in for a quick checkup and updated the data before placing the replacement order. Great service.

Very friendly people, who know what they are doing. Can be a little difficult to schedule since they are only open Tuesday-Thursday

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Constant. He is very experienced, skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated. His office uses the latest technology, and he explains procedures and options. He and his staff are responsive and caring, and keep the patient informed, confident and comfortable. He has been my orthodontist for more than ten years, and I actually look forward to my appointments and ongoing care - imagine that! His commitment to his work has even inspired his daughter to become an orthodontist. Their Palo Alto office is bright, clean and welcoming. Thank you for keeping me smiling...

Constant and Contro Orthodontics' customer service is amazing. I was able to book an appointment easily, and didn't have to wait long. They don't try and charge you for anything extraneous. They want to give you the best deals possible, and they are very transparent with the work they are conducting. Definitely recommend coming here.

Dr. Constant and Dr. Contro have been my family orthodontists for over 6 years and I really appreciate the job they have done. Dr. Constant and Dr. Contro always open to answering questions and explaining the treatment plan so you feel reassured that you are on track. I recommend Dr. Constant and Dr. Contro to anyone looking for a positive orthodontics experience.

Terrific practice! I had my Invisalign treatment done by Dr. Leong 20 years ago and had fantastic results. The entire experience was smooth, and he diligently checked on me throughout the process, rather than just handing me new aligners and sending me off. Dr. Leong has since retired, but Dr. Contro (who took over) is terrific too, and the office staff is as friendly as always. I have since moved to San Francisco, but I keep coming back for my retainers and maintenance!

Thanks to Dr. Constant and his staff my two (now adult) kids and myself have a great smile for the last 20 years. I was pleased with the treatment that lasted several years over several phases. Dr. Constant and his staff are highly professional, they were always kind, friendly and prompt. I highly recommend.

I broke my retainer that I had for years and they promptly booked me an appointment. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they are sending me my retainer because I don't live at home! Definitely recommend!!!

I came to Constant and Contro Orthodontics last week to get a clear plastic retainer. Getting an appointment was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly! They used a 3D scan (not the uncomfortable molding putty) to capture the shape of my teeth/gums, which took about 5 minutes. The retainer was ready for pick up about a week later.

It was a great pleasure to go through with the whole process with Dr. Contro. He is friendly, meticulous and no-nonsense. He likes to do his job well and does it graciously. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I learned in my 50s that I needed to have braces and was recommended to Dr. Contro. I got Invisiline braces, which were much better than the old wire kind, and now my teeth are fine. Throughout the process, Dr. Contro and his staff were thoughtful, professional, and very kind. I now go back once a year for a checkup and have great confidence in Dr. Contro and his team.

I've been going to them since 2012, and highly recommend Constant and Contro Orthodontics. Everyone is professional, respectful, and kind :) My retainer broke a week ago and they were able to get me in for a retainer replacement, and the appointment was quick and easy.

Dr. Constant and Dr. Contro have been my orthodontists for over 10 years and I really appreciate the job they have done. Every time I have been into the office, their staff has been friendly, welcoming, and thorough in all my checkups. Dr. Constant and Dr. Contro always explain their plan for you so you feel reassured that you are on track. I used Invisalign and they always provided the next set of aligners on time. I couldn't have had a better orthodontist and I recommend them to anyone looking for an enjoyable orthodontics experience.

Drs Constant and Contro have treated both my children. Their office made the process as easy as possible. The office is always accommodating to schedules, return calls promptly and are courteous and professional with the kids and parents. I highly recommend them!

Both my daughter and my son had their braces done by Dr. Constant and Dr. Leong. Dr. Leong has since retired, but we highly recommend Dr. Constant. He is patient, thorough and professional. The difficult process of wearing braces was made less stressful by the entire team, and the end results were well worth it. Both of my kids still go back for checkup and retainer replacement.

Had to go back for the first time in a while because my permanent retainer broke. They offered me dental hygiene advice, removed my permanent retainer and scanned my teeth for a removable one all within 20 minutes. They are just as helpful and knowledgable as they were since I last saw them many years ago. They also do a good job with covid-19 protocols.
