I really love this place. My favorite dentist office I ever visited (and I visited many across the country.) It's the perfect combo of a welcoming environment, professional, friendly staff, and state-of-the-art-technology (and then some.) The reception area is gorgeous and clean, with beautiful fire place, well-maintained fish tank and comfy seats. They have toys for kids to play with, too. Since every staff member has their own head light, there are no large, overhead lights that we're used to in older dentists offices. Instead, they have TVs mounted on the ceiling! I thought that was super luxurious and cool, lol. I never saw that before. Each time I went there (a total of three) I was seated in a gorgeous room with comfy, over-sized exam chairs. There are large, portrait windows to the outside, viewing their well-kept, tree-dappled grounds when you're not looking at the ceiling mounted TVs :P They use scanning technology to take impressions of your teeth rather than use those horrendous, thick metal trays that always made me gag. I went there for a routine cleaning, fillings and mouth guard. Each service was done flawlessly. My night guard fit without any adjustments. This is truly a life-time place to go. Unfortunately, I'm moving out of state so I won't see these folks anymore, but please consider them when you need to have anything done to your teeth. Good vibes all around! I was also comforted by their COVID protocol. They take temps and require masks for those not fully vaccinated. Thank you for looking out for the health of your community!

I had an emergency visit due to an impacted wisdom tooth. They saw me same day, and Dr. Woods was so eager to help. Pulling it on sight to ensure I wasn't in any more pain. They went above and beyond to accommodate in such a short time frame. Going to be establishing here and making it my home dentist.

I took my high school daughter in for a check up who has never had a cavity and they said she had 7 cavities and the cost to fill them would be $2000. I went back to my dentist in Houston (a personal friend) who we've used for 13 years who has been in practice for 30 years (his dad was a dentist for 50 years) for a 2nd opinion. He said there certainly WASN'T 7 cavities and that maybe there was 2 spots that had potential but it was "very aggressive" to consider those cavities. He recommended good hygiene and to check them again in 6 months. He said it is not uncommon for some dentist add services to especially when the claim to offer discounted prices. I'm very disappointed that this practice is not honest in their assessments and would warn others to seek 2nd opinions as well.

We're new to the area and were lucky to find such a great dental practice! Katie and Dr. Robins were very friendly, yet professional, explaining everything in detail and me feel comfortable.

1st visit here - staff were amazing. The facility is top notch and the dental hygienist was really good! They were helpful and kind as well to my daughter who had to tag along.

I have lived in Conroe all my life was born and raised here and have been to quite a few different dentists over the past 38 years and I can honestly say my visits and my experience here has been by far the best. Dr. Robins is very kind and patient and the office staff are just as great and always willing to help and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. Definitely will be referring everyone I know to this place.

From the very beginning (my panic call to the office) and every moment that has followed, the people at Conroe Family Dentistry has gone above and beyond! Dr. Graham and Carmen .... I can't say enough about the care and compassion that was and is given during this journey. Every employee that I had the chance of meeting was super friendly. The entire atmosphere of the facility is so relaxing - I never thought I would or could use the words "relaxing" and "dental" in the same paragraph! My only regret? That I didn't find them sooner! Most definitely the ONLY dental center in my book!

I was terrified of going to the Dentist, I had not been since I was a child and knew my mouth was in bad shape. A dear friend suggested Dr. Graham and I am so glad she did. Everyone I have encountered in this office has been excellent. The patience, care and laughter I have experienced has helped my anxiety and I am so pleased with the work Dr. Graham has done in my mouth. I have much more to be done but now I know my mouth is in the best hands ever. Shout out to Carmen she is my favorite.

Coming from an Army dentist, so maybe my expectations were really low. Facility is very nice and clean. Staff are very friendly despite being very busy, they make sure you're taken care of. You'll always have a TV to look at. This was my first civilian dentist I've seen in 7 years and they didn't disappoint. Quick to assess and recommend solutions to my issue at a reasonable cost.

New to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I heard very good things about Conroe Family Dentistry and decided to give it a try. I had a cleaning with Dr. Graham and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and sweet. She is personable, which I look for in health professionals. The office staff were all so nice and well-mannered. The facility was clean and very nice. As a new patient I thought it was very sweet that I received a hand-written note in the mail from Dr. Graham and her team! Thank you for that! 10/10 recommend Conroe Family Dentistry!

My first experience with this practice surpassed my expectations. The office staff was not only courteous but cordial, making me feel very welcome. Starr, my hygienist, was extremely thorough and did an expert job cleaning my teeth with no discomfort, all the while entertaining me with her delightful sense of humor. Dr. Wood was very personable and diligently addressed any concerns I had. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Nobody wants to go to the dentist, right? They make me not dread the visir. Everyone was kind and patient with me took the time to go over what needs to be done and why, staff had great personalities so it made my visit much easier. Definitely my new permanent dentist!!

I'm extremely satisfied with Conroe Family Dentistry. The doctors, hygienists, assistants and staff were all very courteous, professional, fun and helpful. The pricing seemed reasonable to me as a cash pay patient. I received follow up calls after a more intensive treatment from Dr. Graham to make sure everything was recovering well.
