Dr. Tim Gardner is a long time resident of Montgomery County and graduated from the Woodlands High School in 1983. He attendedThe University of Texas at Austin, where he received his BBA of Finance. He then graduated with Honors from theUniversity Of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1991. While there, he served as Class President for his final three years. He was also one of five students selected to participate in their pre-doctoral implant course where he learned to place and restore implants.Dr. Gardner is passionate about the art and science of dentistry and realizes the impact he can have on peoples self-esteem, confidence and overall health. He truly enjoys serving the people of Montgomery County for the last 25 years.Dr. Gardner is one of only 271 dentists in the nation who has earned his Fellowship (LVIF) from the prestigious LVI Institute. Due to his commitment to continuing education, Dr. Gardner is able to treat patients who are suffering from chronic head and neck pain, TMJ/TMD issues, sleep apnea, bad bites, etc. This dedication distinguishes Dr. Gardner by proving his dedication to quality of care and a desire to master complex procedures in order to provide the best comprehensive care for his dental patients.In addition to the LVIF, Dr. Gardner has also earned his Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry and is a member of American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Orthodontic Society, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is currently pursuing his mastership from the Las Vegas Institute and Academy of General Dentistry, as well as his diplomat status in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and American Orthodontic Society.When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Gardner enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing tennis, golfing, water skiing, hunting, gardening and doing just about anything outdoors.

Building has always been a passion for Dr. Ryan Rodriguez. Working for his fathers construction company at a young age instilled the joy of innovation and creating pieces that function harmoniously. Through an inspiring relationship with his dentist in high school, Ryan learned how to design and build a tooth using digital technology. He quickly saw how his interests and dentistry intersect and could be used to serve the community around him. The call became clear that Dr. Rodriguez could change lives through the building of beautiful smiles.Dr. Ryan Rodriguez is from Cypress, Texas, and attended The University ofTexas at San Antonio, where he graduated with Honors, magna cum laude, with a degree in biology. He later was awarded the Hanau Best of the Best: Excellence in Prosthodontics award for exceptional clinical performance. His education further took him to Birmingham, AL, at the renownedFoundry Dental Center, where he obtained advanced training in specialized services such as implant placement, restorations, and IV sedation.Dr. Rodriguez is a member of theAmerican Academy of Implant Dentistry,International Congress of Oral Implantologists,Academy of General Dentistry, andAmerican Dental Association. He is passionate about pursuing additional training that will provide the most effective treatment for his patients.Dr. Rodriguezs mission as a dentist is to provide high-quality care for his patients in a comfortable and compassionate manner. Dr. Rodriguez is committed to creating personalized solutions to help his patients live happier and healthier lives.Dr. Rodriguez enjoys spending time with his wife, Sofia, and walking their Airedale Terrier, Frida. He has participated in a number of global mission trips, including to countries in Eastern Asia, the Middle East, and Central America.It has been a great pleasure joining Dr. Gardner to serve the Montgomery county community. I enjoy working with Dr. Gardner and seeing him live out his God-given talent. His compassion and drive to care for his patients are outstanding qualities to witness. Working for him has given me the opportunity to not only help broaden my knowledge of the dental field, but to really expand my character traits in such a positive manner, as we give back to the community with our charity events.I was born and raised in Mississippi and moved to Texas in 2016. I am happily married to my husband, Luke, and we have two beautiful daughters, Avery and Abigail. During my free time, I enjoy reading books, being outdoors, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy checking out all the local festivals.In 2012, I earned my associate degree in applied science. I became a registered dental assistant in 2018 by attending the Montgomery County Dental Assisting School. I am also certified in CPR and have experience in medical coding. I have been in the healthcare industry for almost eight years, and I began working with Dr. Gardner in 2017.

Ashlee is a proud Texas native, happy to contribute her friendly, positive attitude and 15 years of experience in the dental field to our practice. Ashlee joined the team in October 2020 after graduating from Lonestar College with an associates degree in applied science. Her favorite part of working at the Conroe and Montgomery Comprehensive Dental Centers are the opportunities she gets to build relationships with her patients and continue her education working alongside our talented doctors. She also loves giving back the community during our annual charitable events, Dentistry from the Heart, and Dentistry for Veterans.

Ashlee is a happily married mother of two boys, two Golden Retrievers, and two cats. When she is not at the office, she loves to spend her time outdoors, fishing, boating and swimming, or working on DIY projects with her husband.

Logan is new to the Conroe area and to the teams at Conroe and Montgomery Comprehensive Dental Centers, but she is a quick learner who enjoys looking for new places to eat and shop, and she already loves it here.

Logan graduated magna cum laude from the dental hygiene program at the Tyler Junior College in May 2020. She received her bachelors degree magna cum laude in dental hygiene in May 2021. She loves getting to know and building trusting relationships with her patients, and she loves working with such a friendly team, completing her duties as a dental hygienist at the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Dr. Gardner is passionate about continuing education and training for our team in order to provide the absolute best experiences, care, and dentistry for our patients. Our team is one of a kind and we aim to exceed our patients expectations. It is a blessing to work for someone who cares about giving back to the community. Dr. Gardner has two annual volunteer events; one to serve our veterans (Dentistry for the Vets), and the other to serve the less fortunate of Montgomery Country (Dentistry from the Heart).My husband and I have two beautiful daughters, Adalynn and Ariyah, and my son, Ayden. Aside from the busy life of work and home, I enjoy Bible study, spending time with my family and friends, camping, hiking, nature and traveling when I have the opportunity.I am from Conroe, Texas, and graduated from Conroe High School in 2000. I took three semesters of basic courses at Lonestar College and decided to move to Colorado Springs with a few friends. While living there, I went to school for dental assisting at Intellect Medical Institute. Although I loved living near the mountains and enjoyed time outdoors, it just wasnt home.After completing the dental assisting program, I moved back home and worked as a dental assistant for six years. During that time, I continued my education at Lonestar College to become a dental hygienist while raising my first child, Ayden. I received my associate degree in dental hygiene in 2013 and have been working for Dr. Gardner ever since. Becoming a dental hygienist was my goal for several years, and I now strive to perfect my skills, continue to grow in my profession and provide excellent care to our patients.

I have been in the dental field for 10 years and began working for Dr. Gardners office in 2012. The dental assistant position allows me to communicate and interact with patients. I enjoy helping patients overcome any concerns about their treatment and explaining the technologies and materials we use. I am also very happy to help patients who speak SpanishI love the way all of our patients become part of our dental family. Our practice is dedicated to providing the best dental care to all patients. We do our best to make all patients visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Im really honored to be part of this team. I am committed to making your dental visit very enjoyable.During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, playing any outdoor sport or just relaxing at home watching movies.

I enjoy working for Dr. Gardner because he is so passionate about his work and making sure his patients get the best care possible.Outside of work, I love spending time with all six of my grandchildren, watching them play baseball, football and riding their horses. My favorite pastime is traveling, especially to the beach. Just give me a chair and a book, and Im set to go!I have been working from home for over a year now and I really enjoy my job. This gives me the opportunity to spend more time trying to make sure all claims are paid in a timely manner. I like my job and I feel I am a good asset to our team.

Amanda is one of smiling faces you will meet at the front desk of Montgomery Comprehensive Dental Center and has been working with the practice since November 2020. Amanda graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2017 with a degree in criminal justice and forensic science. She was also a member of Alpha Phi Sigma: The Criminal Justice Honor Society. Since joining our team, Amanda has proven to be a real team player. She loves working in such a positive, happy environment and is always eager to help any way she can!

Amanda has five sisters and one brother, as well as a 2-year-old godson and cat lovingly named Winnie after Winnie the Pooh. When she is not manning the front desk, Amanda enjoys working out and reading mystery novels.

I joined Dr. Gardners team in 2020. I enjoy working with Dr. Gardner because he is such a humble person, always gives his patients the best care available and always gives back to the community. I have three years of experience in the dental front office. I want my patients to have the best experience possible as soon as they walk into our office. I also speak Spanish and am always happy to help our Spanish-speaking community.

I am originally from Washington and moved to Texas in 2001, where I met my spouse Erik. We have two daughters, Miriam and Eliza. I love to spend time with my family and travel. I enjoy shopping, dancing and decorating my home. My favorite food is seafood and Mexican food. To relax, I enjoy watching Netflix with my family with some good snacks.

I joined Dr. Gardner and his team in March 2020. I am really enjoying being part of this team and truly enjoy my work. We begin each day with a team prayer, and it is honestly the best way to start our day.I am married and have three sons. I enjoy spending time at the beach under an umbrella in a comfortable chair with my husband and try to go as often as possible. I enjoy traveling and have been blessed to visit many places in the United States and many other countries. My absolute favorite travel was a trip we took to Italy, where I was fortunate enough to attend a Catholic high mass by a cardinal in a 3,000-year-old cathedral in Genoa. It was an incredibly amazing spiritual experience! I really love volunteering in the community. Ive volunteered as a Catholic faith formation teacher, breast cancer charity fundraiser, American Cancer Society committee member, and American Heart Association fundraiser. I have also volunteered on several American Diabetes Association campaigns, as my oldest son has Type 1 Diabetes.I live in Spring, Texas and moved to Texas in 1995 from Chicago. I literally started college the actual day I took my youngest son to kindergarten. I studied communications, marketing, journalism and have a passion for overall wellness. I was previously a Corporate Wellness Coordinator for a global company and have always worked in healthcare.

Dr. Todd Leiker has been practicing dentistry in The Woodlands and Spring area for over 25 years, proudly serving his community. He grew up in the West Texas Panhandle and attended Texas Tech University, where he was on the Deans list.Dr. Leiker was granted early acceptance to the School of Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, which was ranked number one in the nation at the time of his admittance. While attending UTHSC, Dr. Leiker was given multiple awards for his academic and clinical excellence, and he received his doctorate in 1995. Dr. Leiker went on to complete his General Practice Residency (GPR) at the VA Medical Center in Leavenworth, Kansas, in 1996. There, he was trained in many advanced surgical and prosthodontic restorative procedures not taught in most dental schools.Dr. Todd Leiker strives to provide the highest level of dental care available today, and he keeps up with all the latest technology and advancements. Dr. Leiker has taken over 1300 hours of post-doctorate Continuing Education courses in such areas as cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, dental implants and Invisalign clear aligners. Dr. Leiker is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology (FICOI) and the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). In his downtime, Dr. Leiker loves to spend time with his daughter, Brooke, playing video games, hanging out in the pool or boating on Lake Conroe together. Dr. Leiker also enjoys golfing and traveling.
