was told that i needed a mask, okay i understand. i ask politely, and they don't have any to provide me, which i understand as well. but the white girl was very rude about it and i felt embarrassed, felt like the stereotypical high school bully. will not be returning, had 4 kids of all ages attend here but will not support dentistry that employ VERY brash employees at a family place. okay so i asked if they could set up an appointment since i will be missing my 1 year old's appointment now. she said no because i don't have a mask, in a strict voice. i understand and seeing that others have this same experiences, could masks be provided? no options were given just told to leave if i didn't have a mask, i was wishing she could resort to standard kindness. you should have heard her voice. could have rescheduled in a 1-2 minute? was told to leave simply no remorse. i apologize for not being prepared but what the heck... so so rude........

We just had our first ever dentist appointment and I'm in awe. My child did amazing and dr connors and her staff were amazing ! So friendly and told my child each step that was happening. Dr connors even took the time to look at my infants mouth for me. What a great experience!!!!

I was treated badly here. The front desk girl ( white girl long black hair) was very rude to my son and I because we didn't have mask on. When I ask politely if they can provide us with some she Rudely said no. After my sons perfect teeth was clean we told to wait to see Dr Connor. The appt took an hour. I told them I had to be at work and if they can call Dr Connor. We she finally comes in the room she was rudely telling her employee to stop rushing her and she has other patients and we're just going to have to wait. That's no way to talk to your first time patient. I won't be coming back here !!!!

We had two appointments here and we won't be going back. They are unfamiliar with insurance plans and are not upfront with extra costs. I was charged $100 to put fluoride on my kids' baby teeth because my insurance only covers one treatment per year. As a pediatric dentistry they should know that some insurance plans do not cover routine procedures, and if there is a risk that it won't be covered, they should be upfront with it. I was never asked if I wanted fluoride for my kids - only what flavor. They weren't flexible in reducing the cost when I called to complain (though the upcharge on a little fluoride is likely significant).

The only dentist my children have seen. Dr. Connors and her staff are kind professional and always timely. They handled the pandemic amazingly as far as getting the kids in while meeting all health standards of safety. My oldest loves going, and takes her recommendation on losing "the thumb" more seriously than he ever would from me. Thanks for all you guys do !

My three daughters (ages 10, 6, and 4) really enjoy going to Connors Pediatric Dentistry! The Dental Hygienists and Dentist are so kind and gentle with my girls. One of my daughters is very hyper and curious. They always take the time to explain to her all the steps they are doing and keep her occupied. They also see all three of them at the same time for regular cleanings which is very convenient for us!

my son is two years old. If your kids a toddler don't waste your time. This place doesn't have much patience it seems like for dealing with kids moving around. So I noticed cavities on my son's two front teeth called Dr Connors all nervous and worried she got back to me pretty quick said call on Monday as it was the weekend and make an appointment so I did. Two weeks later we fill the first cavity. TWO WEEKS later to fill the other. Few days later I noticed the filling was missing on the one that had just been done. Tooth looked black like it was before the filling. I'm not a dentist but idk if there's still black when a fillings fixed. Anyways almost TWO WEEKS later they corrected the mistake. I was a little upset about having to wait so long for them to fix a mistake I know there's a coronavirus thing happening but I don't understand why you would have to wait so long? We got billed for behavior management $100 at the appointment to fix their mistake. I've had the same dentist my whole life and he's messed up but never made me wait to fix something or charged me for some BS. UPDATE: We received a termination notice shortly after this original post and both fillings came off again so we have to worry about our sons teeth all over again. Feel bad for anyone going here.

I have brought my daughter here since she was 3 and she is now 12. We absolutely love Dr. Connors and all of the staff. My daughter is never nervous going to the dentist which makes my life a lot easier. When she was 4 she had to have oral surgery and again, Dr. Connors was truly amazing. If any of my friends are looking for a dentist for their children I send them here. The Dentist is traumatic for just about everyone but when you have a place like this the anxiety goes away. Thank you all for everything. Emily will see you soon for her cleaning :)

Dr. Connors and all the staff at Connors Pediatric Dentistry are hands down the best dentist around. We used to see Dr. Connors in Falmouth and when we moved we decided to see her in Norwood. They make the kids feel comfortable, talk to them and just the general vibe of the place is pleasant. We highly recommend them!

Very rude receptionist. there are no directions to the dentist office. when I finally got there just 10 minutes late, the receptionist was rude and asked me to call before coming in. Once I called she told me I was late and was extremely rude on the phone. This was my first appointment for my toddler and I was never explained the process when I set-up the appointment. Probably the doctor is great but I would never get my kid to a place with such a rude receptionist.
