I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and attended Miami University. I received my dental degree from The Ohio State University and a masters degree in orthodontics from Washington University in St. Louis. My orthodontic training was taught by progressive instructors who used different orthodontic techniques. I also instructed students at The Ohio State Dental School for 10 years, which I really enjoyed.

I am an active member of the Hocking Valley Dental Society, the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. My community involvement includes being a member of Rotary International, the Symposiarchs and St. Mary Church. I am a past volunteer on the YMCA board. Other outside interests I enjoy include golfing, skiing, gardening and coaching basketball.

I have lived and practiced orthodontics in Lancaster since 1983. My wife, Kathy, and I have raised four wonderful daughters: Colleen, Maggie, Clare and Rosie. We all have similar interests and like hanging out together, enjoying life and having fun. I am blessed to have such a close family and support group.

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient, comprehensive treatment. Our team consists of a group of extremely talented and caring professionals, with over 100 years of combined orthodontic experience. We are fortunate to have Certified Orthodontic Technicians, a lab technician and a dental hygienist. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advancements by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars. Our motto is simple: we treat our patients like family!

We are now an AOAC Team Certified practice! This designation is provided by a leading education and training company for the orthodontic industry. Achieving this level of accomplishment means that our team has completed countless hours of education, knowledge and testing procedures in the field of orthodontics. You can feel better about the level of care you receive by knowing that our team is dedicated to furthering our knowledge and expertise in the field of orthodontics.

Elanta joined Team Connor in March 2020. Her love for dentistry started when she entered the Dental Assisting Program at Eastland Career Center. Elanta also enjoys taking mini road trips.

Vicki has been a part of Dr. Connor's team since 1994. She enjoys the fun, friendly atmosphere and watching our patients progress throughout their treatment. Vicki enjoys working in orthodontics because it is fast-paced and rewarding. Away from work, she likes spending time with her family, friends and watching sports. Her hobbies include shopping, sports and trips to the beach.

Jan has been working with Dr. Connor since 1987. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in dental hygiene. Jan has a strong connection with 4H and the farming community. In her spare time, Jan farms and takes care of her older neighbor. She loves doing outdoor activities with her husband and their two grown children.

Well my entire family all the way to my father-in -law to sister- in -law and many more family members has been with Dr Connors for many years. Very friendly, caring, great manners when working with you. He gets the point across if your not doing your job. He is there to do his job to help you and you have to do your part in helping him get the job done properly. One thing I admire about him he will tell you when ever your not doing your part . The office is very clean, organized and the staff is so friendly and greets you with a very upbeat welcoming and a smile.Thank you Dr Connor and Staff for making my family smile again. I can open my hands to him to provide the best care. We as the entire Hardy family recommends. Dr. Connor.

Poor quality from smiling staff! First problem was a billing dispute. I conceded and paid the late fee. My daughter had several issues with being hurt by the technician ( Connor almost never touches the patient for work) a few ladies are good and coach others. But we left many time with my child bleeding. Bonds came loose, wires not cut close enough or wrong wire used. We would go back and miss work/ school for another visit to fix the pain/ problems. The last straw was the "permanent" retainer that didn't last more than a few weeks. ( braces came off just before prom and I'm writing this in June)! Dr Connor wanted another $400 to fix the situation. Not even willing to discuss a discount. Due to the very short time his staff work lasted I thought it was a fair question. They blamed her for eating a gummy worm. Meanwhile,Dr Heiber gave my son-in-law (who's 30 now) a permanent retainer that is still in! I'm pretty sure he's eaten a lot rougher things than a gummy worm in this decade.

Dr. Connor has done both of my children's teeth. Unless your child has perfect oral hygiene and doesn't eat any crunchy foods that might break a band I reccommend finding another orthodontist.

The office personnel have messed up recording my payments. And I was told I missed a payment. Then I was told I hadn't missed a payment but was late on a payment. Which is not true. But now I'm being told my daughter can't go back till the late payment is made. I even asked for a receipt last time I made a payment and they wouldn't give me one.I WILL NEVER LEAVE THEIR WITHOUT A RECEIPT AGAIN. I do however think highly of Dr. Connor himself. I would of liked to talk to him about this problem but was told that I couldn't talk to him that he doesn't handle billing.
