Dr. Tiffany Ashton has been practicing dentistry in Maryland for over 10 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University in nutrition and dietetics and later obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. She completed an additional year of training at an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Maryland Dental School, where she advanced her skills in cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, crowns and bridges, dentures, root canal therapy and Invisalign orthodontics.
Dr. Ashtons background in nutrition gives her the unique ability to combine the technical and artistic aspects of dentistry with a focus on overall health. We know that our nutritional intake can have a profound effect on our overall health and well-being, but what is not as well known is that the attention and care that patients give to their mouth, teeth and gums can and does have a direct effect on the health and well-being of the entire body. Dr. Ashtons goal, in practice, is not only to get patients back to optimal dental health but to also educate them as to why treatment is necessary and the likely consequences when there is a delay or no treatment. Her patients best interests are at the core of their planned treatment, and making sure they have a pleasant dental experience is always one of Dr. Ashtons priorities.
Dominique was the very first member of the Connection Dental team and has loved expanding her knowledge and experience in the dental field. She has a passion for helping people and problem solving. Dominique truly enjoys welcoming patients and engaging patients in conversation. She cares about our patients experience and strives to make sure everyone leaves with a smile. When not at the office she enjoys meeting new people and traveling, and considers herself a foodie.
Wendy has been in dentistry for three years now. She started as a dental receptionist and is now an awesome dental assistant. Wendy enjoys the work she does and making our patients feel at ease and comfortable is her favorite part of her job. When not at Connection Dental Wendy enjoys doing DIY projects and spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoy seeing new places and learning new things.

I used to like this place and have brought all my colleagues and friends. Today, I missed my first appointment (3pm on Wednesday, June 29) and tried to reschedule. The receptionist was very rude. She only cares about $50 cancellation fee. She can charge the $50, but I will never come to this place again. Will also share my experience with colleagues and friends. Really miss the old team of Dr. Susan Pearson.

I had a great experience with Dr Ashton. After years of crooked teeth that were rubbing together, she prescribed Invisalign, which totally straightened them. The practice is really welcoming and I'd definitely recommend Dr Ashton.

I have been to Dr. Ashton a few times now and she seems very nice and gentle which is very important to me. I had Fabian (I hope I am spelling his name right) as a hygienist and he was wonderful. I told him he can never leave...LOL! So nice and personable and for someone who has anxiety like I do, this was just what I needed. The Admin young lady, I believe her name is Dominique was very nice as well. I will for sure recommend them.

Dr. Ashton's treatment of my root canal was gentle, painless and quick. She has been my dentist for years. I have followed her to different practices and she is now the dentist for my entire family.

I received a call to schedule me for routine cleaning and I agreed to come in and I don't get reminder call for my appointment so I was not sure if I have the right date and time I call the office no answer and I walked in at 9:34 and they took me without saying anything about what time was my appointment and I try to mention to the front desk people that I don't get reminder call they send they send text and it shows it was not delivered then I start filling out forms and waiting to be called so while I'm sitting and waiting I received important phone call and I answered in between they call me to walk to one of their exam room and I said to the dr. I'm sorry I need to take this phone call and she said go out at waiting area and finish and I walk out of the room and I finished with my phone and they ask me to take X-ray and I refused because they recently they took X-ray and I'm pregnant so I sign X-ray refusal form and they came back and said because you came in late we are not able to take you today and ask me to reschedule! How insane is this! They were very mean and so rude to me this morning! I hope they leave their personal emotions to their home and be professional health care workers. I'm a nurse myself so I can relate myself to the situation but I will definitely handle it to a different way!! Sad to see dental offices like this!! Mind you I drove all the way here to get treated this way I feel so neglected and miss treated I couldn't drive back to my house I had to stay in a parking lot to calm myself!!

I have trusted Dr. Pearson with my dental health (and that of my family) for over 10 years. I trust her completely, and she has done a fantastic job dramatically improving my dental health. Her COVID procedures are outstanding, and I feel truly comfortable coming to see her despite the pandemic.

Dr Susan Pearson and all of her staff members are very kind and caring professionals. I am so thankful for the wonderful dental work that I received from Dr. Pearson. She did an immaculate job on my dental crown and I highly recommend her to anyone needing dental care and cosmetic dental work.
