I invite you to take a few moments and get to know me a little better by reading my personal biography. I am excited to welcome you to Connecticut Valley Orthodontics and I look forward to your family becoming a part of ours.

Quite simply, I LOVE seeing people smile! As such, my treatment philosophy is focused on providing my patients with a beautiful smile and helping them to realize the confidence that develops with that smile. Having had orthodontic treatment as a teenager, I am well aware of positive impact orthodontic treatment can make in a persons life, and it is my ultimate desire to provide patients with the same life-changing benefits that I experienced.

My team and I continually strive to provide the highest levels of service and care for our patients in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Once you visit our office, I know that you will see that we not only love what we do, but we treat each and every patient like they are a member of our family.

Becoming a professional orthodontist requires extensive education and training. I have been fortunate to complete both my dental and orthodontic education at the University of Michigan, which is one of the most prestigious programs in the nation.

Now that I am established in the field of orthodontics, I regularly enroll in continuing education courses on topics such as early orthodontic treatment and Invisalign to stay current on the best treatment options for my patients. In addition to attending continuing education courses, I also co-teach two educational seminars each year to dentists, dental hygienists, and assistants in order to share my knowledge and improve patient care.

Because of my high level of involvement in the local dental community and the exceptional experience our patients receive, my dental colleagues have consistently voted me a Top Dentist in Connecticut Magazine every year since 2009.

I am very involved in service to the communities in and around Tolland County. In recognition of this, I have been honored by the Tolland County Chamber of Commerce as a Corporate Citizen of the Year. Service to my community is very important and this desire to serve dates back to my experiences as an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

Without a doubt, the most memorable service I have ever done is starting a charity to help the needy in Guatemala. Over the last six years, I have traveled to Guatemala on six service trips providing much needed dental care and ultimately leading teams to rural villages building cooking stoves for the neediest families in rural Guatemala.

Born in Flint, Michigan, I grew up in Lapeer, a small town nearby. Connecticut is now my home and I've lived in the state for over ten years now. Just recently, my family and I moved to the Town of Vernon. I love living in the community and so close to my office because I often see patients while doing things like shopping or riding my bike to the office.

I am married to one of the most wonderful people in the world and together, we adopted our son, Xavier Sebastian. He is seriously the love of my life. Many of our patients have had the opportunity to meet Xavier since he comes and visits his extended family (my staff) and me often.

In addition to my family, my hobbies include virtually all outdoor sports, but volleyball is a personal favorite. Since I am actively involved outdoors, I can also be frequently seen kayaking, hiking and biking the rail trails, running the side streets, playing tennis, and swimming in the lakes of our area.

I am so excited to be a part of this amazing team here at CVO! The energy of the office, kindness of the staff, and the commitment to creating amazing smiles is exactly in line with my core philosophy.

After undergoing orthodontic treatment as a child, I came to appreciate the power of a healthy smile. I found myself widening my smile in every photo and was struck by the profound new confidence I had gained. I knew at that point that I wanted to devote my life to helping others transform their own smiles and provide them with the same confidence that I experienced.

I grew up in Montreal, Canada and practiced Orthodontics in Rochester, NY while my partner, Neil, completed his education. Once he finished, we packed up our dog Moose, and moved back to Connecticut, where we had met, to be closer to family.

Melanie and her husband Sam share a love of photography and enjoytaking pictures of their 2 cats, mushrooms, flowers,bugs and all things nature. She's a self proclaimed nerd and enjoys playing cards, board games & Dungeons and Dragons,watching movies, and traveling.

As our insurance coordinator, Karen helps patients get the most from their insurance. She enjoys working with our team, developing lasting relationships with our patients, and seeing the smiling faces walk in and out of our office.

Natasha is married and has three children and a rescued yellow Lab whokeeps them all busy. Natasha loves nature photography and painting, along with attending her childrens sporting events and volunteering in the community.

Nicole is happily married, is the proud mother of a little miracle Evan, and has a Pekinese named Tyson. She loves the beach, organizing, watching dirt bike races, shopping, and spending time with her family!

Laurie enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and their families throughout the treatment process. Although she's new to the field she's loving learning all aspects of patient care and harnessing the power of transforming a smile for her patients.

Laurie and her family are proud rescuers of their dog Roscoe and their cat Dr. Pepper. You can catch Laurie cheering on her two children at their various sporting events or traveling with her friends and family.

Kristin joined our team in 2008 but has been working in the field since 1999. Shes attentive, gentle, and enjoys meeting people. Kristin supports patients during visits byexplaining what will happen during each step.

Kristin and her husband Brian have two wonderful children and lots of animals including a dog, cats, a llama, 3 alpacas, chickens, ducks and a chinchilla!When not busy tending to her herd, the family enjoys camping, hiking, and kayaking. Theyre also big Cowboys fans.

Ashley assists Dr. Daniels during patients visits by helping to place braces, makeadjustments, and takeoff braces to reveal beautiful new smiles. She loves how happy patients are when they see their new smiles for the first time.

Wendy's experience and passion for orthodontics are evident in how she works with our patients. Wendy assists Dr. Daniels and patients during procedures. She loves all aspects of her work, but especially our incredible patients and their smiles!

Meghann loves working with a great team where there is a tremendous amount of support for her and our patients. She loves helping her patients develop their self-confidence to smile their biggest smile once their braces come off.

Meghann also works as a makeup artist and photographer. She is very active and has her first Dan black belt in ITF Tae Kwon Do. She also enjoys spending quiet time at home with her fiance Andrew and their cats Merida and Pascal.

Mona has experience as both a general dental assistant and an orthodontic assistant. She loves developing relationships with her patients so that they feel both comfortable but educated on their treatment. She ensures that her patients are having a positive experience by answer all their questions and making the office more upbeat!

Mona lives in Tolland with her husband. When she's not working she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, taking long walks with their dog, gardening, and exploring all New England has to offer.

Samantha is one of the friendly faces that works alongside Dr. Daniels and Dr. Imbriglio during patients adjustments. She also makes fun videos for our office to share on social media! Samantha enjoys seeing the before and after transformations, and is happy to be a part of the process.

Inspired to join our team after her three daughters treatment at CVO, Jennifer relishes her role in improving peoples lives through their smiles. She enjoys reassuring nervous patients by providing guidance in caring for braces, and loves watching their excitement when they finally see their smiles at the end of treatment. A former pastry chef and current fitness enthusiast, Jennifer loves to exercise and teach dance classes. When the CVO team behaves well, she brings in an occasional treat, too!

Nick is a former patient at CVO! He is currently in his senior year at Michigan State University where he majors in Biosystems Engineering. Whenever he's home in Connecticut, Nick works with us as a records technician and clinical assistant.

Caitlyn works for us part-time:sterilizing our instruments, chairs, and units and preparing them for the next patient. Shes always glad to pitch in and help the rest of the team. Aformer patient, shes great at encouraging current patients and loves showing them her finished smile!

Tiffany may be one of our newest faces, but she feels right at home with our team! She has enjoyed getting to know our family of patients, meeting new patients, and seeing how happy everyone is with their new smiles.
