Every aspect of my recent experience to have simultaneously a sinus lift, bone graft and implant post inserted was extraordinary. The people were friendly and courteous. The surgeon was all of that with a sense of humor and a desire to keep me informed during the entire surgical process. More importantly, he was a skilled surgeon who made every effort to make my experience pain free.

Absolutely pleasent experience staff was amazing and Dr. Theberge took great care in making sure I was comfortable and that everything went very smoothly for me 100% recommend the keene location was great!! Best dental experience I've had

I saw the team at CVOSA in December of 2020 for my wisdom tooth extraction. I had a complex case and the team handled it with care and consideration. I came from out of state during COVID because it was urgent that I had my procedure done in a timely manner. I was incredibly pleased with my care and had no issues with staff.

I would highly recommend shopping around for a better price somewhere else. This place tried to charge me more than double everywhere else in the area charges to get your wisdom teeth removed. What a great time to be ripping people off.

I would highly recommend shopping around for a better price somewhere else. This place tried to charge me more than double everywhere else in the area charges to get your wisdom teeth removed. What a great time to be ripping people off.

I am a person who experiences anxiety about medical and dental procedures. I recently had a tooth extraction at Keene CVOSA performed by Nicholas Theberge, D.D.S. From the moment I walked into office, I was treated with kindness and respect. Everything was clearly explained to me and all my questions were addressed with no judgement. The dental hygienist was very friendly and her kindness really helped me feel comfortable. When Nicholas came into the room, he greeted me with a warm handshake and a personal greeting. Throughout the procedure every step was explained to me and the hygienist reassured me through out, occasionally rubbing my hand. I had decided to only have a local anesthesia and I was amazed when I was told the tooth was out. Every staff person I encountered that day treated me with kindness and the experience was very professional and supportive. I had a couple questions during my healing time, and a follow up appointment to discuss my options concerning my dental needs. Every time I talked to, or visited the office, I was treated with genuine kindness and offered the support I needed. I always felt like my needs as a patient really mattered and that made all the difference to me!

I have been in to see them a few times to have a couple of teeth pulled and they have always got me right in and the dentist/oral surgeon has been great!

A few weeks ago my dentist sent my referral somewhere and they called me back within two days to set up an appointment. Not having any previous experience with the process, I was under the assumption that this was the normal process. Unfortunately they did not accept my insurance so I did some research and found CTVOSA and asked my dentist to forward them my referral. About two weeks went by, no biggie, so I called on 06/25/19 just to check and make sure that everything was ok. When the woman answered the phone she talked to me like I should know better/interrupted me to say that it's not their responsibility to contact patients. Noted. I next asked her about my insurance and she again interrupted me and snidely said that my dental was covered but not my medical. That was all she said. I get that you have days where maybe you don't want to talk to people but you should never talk to them like they're idiots. I did research and chose YOU. Your facility looks respectable and well established, it's unfortunate that your rude receptionist turned me away from wanting to utilize your services. I will be researching other facilities and with not hide this experience from others.

These folks are very hard to deal with, My dentist referred me to them. I found them very rude, very hard to work with and overall just a unfriendly Staff that does not seem interested in helping in anyway. after my last attempt to work with them this Morning I have made an appointment with Upper Valley Oral Surgery and they were very easy to work with and they have a sense of urgency
