This is primarily for the Brattleboro office and secondarily for the Greenfield office. My mother had to have ten (yes, 10!) teeth removed at one time. We live in Greenfield, but since there was a long wait-time at that office, the staff there got us a much earlier appointment at the Brattleboro office, which is still within reasonable distance. Both staffs were incredibly nice, organized, and helpful. My mother, who is about to turn 80, preferred to have local anesthetic for health reasons--no easy aspect to juggle with so many extractions, but her oral surgeon was incredibly careful and thoughtful, checking in with her regularly and working with phenomenal skill AND speed to get her through the ordeal as quickly as possible. She said he was almost as wrung out as she was by the end! The staff was just as dedicated with follow-up care, which is particularly important for someone my mother's age (and doubly so with some high-risk health concerns during this terrible pandemic). We really cannot say enough nice things about the staffs at either office!

Dr. Blount and his team were pleasant, efficient and informative. They took great care of me during an emergency oral surgery procedure while in my second trimester of pregnancy. They fit me in their schedule last minute and were so supportive. Dr. Blount did everything he could in a timely manner to complete the procedure in a completely painless way. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Blount is awesome. Did my wisdoms/1 implant and later he did 2 implants. He also did my daughter's wisdoms. He is the best!

We were told we didn't have insurance and to pay $500. It took my bfs dad calling them and telling them to look at the card we gave them to begin with to see we had insurance. Which we did the new bill was for $120. Then they told me I had to leave because my baby was too loud and to go sit in a hot car while waiting. Also his appointment was at 10:45 it's now 11:20 and it hasn't even started. Save your money go elsewhere.

Highly recommend this place, very friendly staff made an otherwise painful and terrible situation a delight. Second time I've gone for tooth problems and both times were fantastic.

Be careful going here. They screwed up the info for our ins and now we are left with a bigger bill then we were supposed to. Now calling me a liar when I told them that the office screwed it up and didn't believe me when I told them what was said during phone conversations. Said they keep records of all calls but yet couldn't see anything from 3 months ago even though I have talked 3 times with their office. The lady got pissed at me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Friends of mine were publically embarassed when the Doctor Christopher Blount refused service and announced to the waiting room that he could not risk the liability of performing surgery on an HIV Positive Gay Man, who is also a retired Veteran, and the condition has been completely under control according to his primary care doctors.

Had 5 extractions(4 wisdom/1molar) in one day with minimal pain. Great follow up after surgery. Had implant post placed which my dentist said was placed perfectly for restoration. Staff is very professional, caring and supportive. Dr. Blount rocks! He even convinced me to quit smoking. That was over a year ago. Highly recommend this office.
