On my initial visit, Dr. ROMEO decided I needed more teeth pulled, 6, more than the referred amount (3). 2d visit Rachel told me I had to pay $1100 copay on the day of surgery. This said on the last business day, Friday, before surgery. ...

If I could give it zero stars I would, the most consistently inconsiderate and unprofessional dental office in Meriden, and I've lived here 20 years. The desk staff is deplorable and discriminatory. ...

None of us should be shocked by the lack of oversight and care for patients this practice exhibits. It's very clearly a systemic problem.

I was referred with a emergeyreferral to this place by my local dental clinic, but after reading so much negative reviews about this place, I changed my mind.

Dr. Claiborne was very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. However, this office lacks basic adequate customer service skills. Notably, their receptionist Nancy is very callous and disrespectful. Her tone and demeanor is disgusting and it's evident the office values this employee's behavior over their patients.

Recently had two broken teeth extracted at the Meriden Office. Went flawlessly, these folks know what they are doing. However I wasn't too happy with the personal experience. Once the Dr. came in, introduced himself and that was it. No other personal interaction (unlike any other dential professional I've had). A week after the extraction, I had a slight infection, needed an anti-biotic (had teeth extracted before, know an infection when I have one, other Dr. woud call in a scrpt). Called office, 10am, got Dr. assistant, she'd call Dr. with my request, get back to me. No response. Called next day at 12.05, got different office. Call another three time, got two different offices. Waited till after 1pm, finally got the correct office. Person said the assistant would not ask that of a Dr. and I had to come in. inconvenient for me to commute over there so contacted my regular Dr. who accommodate my request. And there you go, that is my experience for your consideration

Doctor was nice, procedure went fine for two of my kid's wisdom teeth removal, thankfully. However, I ignored some red flags such as the office and their slightly rude attitudes to the payment procedures. I am still owed a refund for over payment for 3 months! I had to pay before my kid's teeth were even touched but can't get my money back. They miscalculated the amount from insurance. Can I charge a late fee or interest? Called three times, each time they get more rude and passive aggressive, they keep saying "so sorry" and "it is coming" but it never does. Last call the "office manager" couldn't handle the questions, she was rude and sighing, handed it to the head "office manager" who on this third call couldn't discuss because my child is 18 or older. Doctor's get your house in order! My third won't go there if needed and neither will anyone I know. Give me my money!!

I wrote a review for this place about a week ago but for some reason it isn't showing up so I'm trying this again: They refuse to treat me because I left an honest review of a different location. When I contacted the Mansfield location the receptionist was incredibly rude and I left a review saying this, soon after I was able to get an appointment at the Meriden location where their receptionist Alison was much nicer. The following day I was contacted by Nancy from the Meriden location. I believe that Nancy was the receptionist I spoke to in Mansfield and that she was retaliating against me. She told me I was no longer allowed to be treated due to my review of the other location. This feels like personal retaliation and should not be legal. She took sick pleasure in telling me that they refuse to treat me and that "there are consequences" to leaving reviews. I can't believe this happened. This place evidently cares more about their rude employees than their patients. Unsurprisingly my experience is not the only abhorrent one with this woman or the office staff.

This provider engages in shameful practices. I called several months in a row, openly stating that I am a Medicaid patient. I was told that they are not currently scheduling patients, not Medicaid patients, but patients generally. Finally, I called and asked if they are taking patients. "Of course" said the receptionist in the fakest of tones. I then told her I'm on Medicaid and she processed to awkwardly back pedal. I went elsewhere and paid out of pocket.

Extremely shocked on these doctors behaviors. Went for a consultation to get wisdom teeth out. I was trying to have my daughter 19 take the lead, Dr. was very short with us, and because we weren't ready to commit to doing the procedure he swiped the paperwork out of my daughters hand said you don't need that right now and then ripped it up. As she was asking a question he just walked out of the room.... I called the office later to discuss what happened and they said he felt he did nothing wrong. Another Doctor called me back to answer our additional questions and disagreed with the procedure the other doctor was going to do. WELL NOW A RED FLAG IS UP! Office staff called me back again to schedule but I had one more question. The doctor would not call me back and said he answered all my questions. The office staff called back one more time and said they can not take us as a patient. WELL THAT'S FINE WITH US. Very concerning that they had two different opinions on how to handle that procedure. PS. This was supposed to be just normal wisdom teeth removal. Nothing crazy out of the ordinary.

How company handles, quotes and billing is disingenuous. I have spoken to atleast 5 staff members and all but one were extremely rude almost to the point where it seems they are coached or taught to act in this manner.

I found Dr. Sayles and his staff to be extremely professional. I was extremely nervous for my procedure and he was quite attentive to my needs. Dr. Sayles explained the procedure in depth. I had no pain no complaints on my visit. I would recommend Dr. Erick Sayles at Connecticut Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center in New Britain CT to anyone in need of a good oral surgeon.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled out at this office and it was an amazing experience. From the front desk staff working to find out if I would have any costs with my insurance, to getting me into the office 4 days after they got everything situated with the insurance. The doctor and the assistants were all very nice. I was given laughing gas and IV sedation and before going under they were talking with me easing me into the procedure. I don't even remember falling asleep but all I know is I woke up to the assistant telling me were all done & that we were awaiting my fiance to come up so they can explain the post op directions to him and walk me out. The best experience I had especially for me being very nervous. Everyone was so great!
