Have had a few procedures at Connecticut Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Centers in Mansfield CT. My experience has been amazing. Dr. Marie Boucher is a highly trained surgeon with 20 years experience. She was trained at Einstein School of Medicine, in oral surgery, a school ranked in the top 10 in the world that only accepts the top students in the world. Dr. Boucher graduated with honors from this school. My operations were quick and painless... the way they should be. Dr. Boucher answered all questions of mine, in detail. The doctor's operational team, during the procedures, behaved like a knowledgeable, quick, prepared and highly coordinated unit. The office staff is friendly, attentive, and will help answer all questions, including billing and insurance. Waiting room has free wifi. Parking space is good. I would recommend to all.

I had four seriously impacted wisdom teeth and was so nervous about getting them removed but the process went so smooth and I healed perfectly, no dry sockets/infections and hardly any pain. Dr. Boucher is definitely the most charismatic and likeable person I've met in the medical industry and was a master at minimizing my anxiety and performing an expert surgery.

This place is nice 2 shots to numb me and they pulled my tooth out No problem highly recommend very nice people and professional.

They are disrespectful and they don't care if your in pain. Thanks for the help. Telling us we have to go all the way to Hartford. Great doctors

The best wisdom teeth removal experience I couldve asked for. Dr. Boucher and her assistant Jess are angels. Staff is all very sweet, knowledgeable, and kind. Was able to get in within weeks from my consult. I was not put under but definitely didn't need to be. She gave me enough novicane and laughing gas where it was painless. Extracted all 4 wisdom teeth in about 30/40 minutes. The best part is that the doctor was humming, singing, and being so encouraging during the whole process. Honestly a great experience. It is now day 2 and I'm really not jn much pain at all. Thabk you guys!

Dr Boucher and her assistants are wonderful and caring people. I had 2 oral operations done with them and was very pleased with the outcome! Would definitely recommend her and her team!!

Dr. Boucher did an amazing job taking my two right wisdom out. Here it is almost 12 hours later and the bleeding stop, barely any pain and enough supply of medication to get me thru any discomfort I might have. Thanks again Dr. Boucher and staff!

BEWARE waited 2 weeks for appointment, then waited an hour in parking lot. Then erik m sayles wouldn't do procedure. Don't waste your time going to this place, they double book every appointment, then pick the one they want to do that hour. A joke, no respect for anyone elses time.

Absolutely awful doctor and nurse, front desk staff was less than helpful, and the doctor thinks addressing a grown woman as honey while being condescending about pain level is appropriate. Wouldn't go here again if my life depended on it.

I am extremely nervous with any dental work. I found everyone here kind, reassuring, and caring. My molar extraction was completed quickly; I received supplies & instructions for home care. I had an excellent experience.

I had the best experience in oral surgery care. Dr.Erik Sayles is awesome. He does such an awesome job, that with all the teeth I had removed,there was no swelling. His dental assisting staff are very comforting.I had surgery yesterday (11/19) feel great today Highly recommend this Oral surgeon.This was my second visit.

Dr Sayles is a pretty good oral surgeon!! I saw him today which is June 1, 2020!! If you let him know that you need a lot of Novocain cause you feel lots of pain in your teeth he UNDERSTANDS AND TRIES HIS BEST TO NOT HURT YOU BUT SOMETIMES IT CAN'T BE HELPED!!!! I had the last of my teeth pulled today and I asked him to go gentle and he did his best!!! His assistant seems to be at first non simpathetic, BUT SHE IS VERY NICE AND CARING!!! AS FOR THE TWO OFFICES AND FRONT DESK LADIES FROM THE MANSFIELD CT OFFICE WHICH IS WHERE I WAS TODAY AND THE WEST HAVEN, CT OFFICE ARE TRULEY GODS BLESSINGS, THEY ARE VERY CARING AND UNDERSTANDING AND TOOK ME IN ON AN EMERGENCY ONE DAY AND AS FOR PULLING THE LAST THREE TEETH TODAY THEY WERE AMAZING AND SWEET!! I think if you need something done quick and want good results go to see Dr. Sayles and his team!!! In the conditions that we are dealing with pertaining to the covid19 virus, I will be adding them to my daily prayers and I hope they all stay healthy and also for all whom they love!! Just had my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Boucher. She was absolutely wonderful and the nurses were very kind and helpful when I was stressed during the procedure. Excellent experience. Thanks Dr. Boucher and staff!

I had two teeth pulled and was nervous but they were there for me and the the doctor was excellent he mad sure I was alright all thru the procedure. The doctors name was Erik Sayles he is awesome
