The staff is friendly. The prices are fair. The communication is fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. My teeth and gums are finally healthy again thanks to this team.

This dentist office isn't what it used to be. They don't even call you about your appointments, they cancel your appointments & don't tell you until you show up for the appointment you think you're going to, so they're literally wasting your time. How are they able to send you a confirmation text for your appointment but cannot send you a cancellation one when they cancel it, no, they wait until you show up to tell you that! I once called to reschedule an appointment and one of the ladies (she is chubby and has green eyes) at the front desk picked up and told me that they'll give me a call to reschedule once they have an opening...they never called me and then when I gave them a call the same lady picked up and said "are you the one who called to reschedule" I said yes and she replied with "and now you want me to make you an appointment" as if it was wrong of me to reschedule or like I shouldn't have canceled the appointment in the first place. They were lucky enough to get a phone call and not a no show. This dentist office has started to seem inconsiderate.

If I could give zero stars I would. They cancelled my son's appointment over a balance on my account (which was due to them claiming my insurance would pay when they didn't) even though we have insurance through two different carriers and they always get paid for his and didn't tell me the appointment was cancelled until I arrived for his cleaning. Totally unprofessional and tacky. We will not be returning.

I've been going to Connecticut Family Dental for about 10 years, and have had great service with them. My overall experience is awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist. Dr. T is awesome!

The office is extremely clean and organized. It is very well decorated and is aesthetically pleasing. Really kind and amiable staff with quick and efficient service. They give in-depth explanations and dental advice easy for the average person to understand. Transparency with dental health is extremely crucial and CT Family Dental definitely does not miss the mark. The dentist made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is very kind and gentle. Left the office with a new and improved smile that shone brightly throughout the day. Eager for my next visit!

This denistry ia fantastic! Finally found a denist that actually cares. My Wife and i hadn't been to a dentist in a long time and we decided to give Connecticut Family Dentisry a try after i experienced a terrible tooth ache. They were super nice, compassionate, and professional. Most importantly, they identified and then fixed all the problem areas. Never going anywhere else!!!

I am hesitant to seek out new physicians and other care providers. Switching to Connecticut Family Dental was THE BEST decision I ever made! They are so careful what they doing caring for the patient and very very friendly. I am so happy there that I don't feel afraid anymore for my regular check ups and never ever postpone my appointments like I used to do ...

My family have been going to CT Family Dental for almost 10years and are never disappointed. The office is always clean, front desk members are always kind and helpful. We especially love the hygienist Jojo, and dr.T for their professionalism and thoughtfulness when it comes to your oral and dental care. CT Family Dental is highly recommended!

Very nice and welcoming office . The receptionist was just fast and friendly. Jojo the hygienist made cleaning there teeth fun . Marquita the dental assistant made my boys feel very comfortable. Dr .Tulasi gave them great information and understanding about how they should keep there teeth healthy and different techniques they can do . Overall great experience.

So I had an appointment for this Saturday, (todays Thursday) I received a text this morning asking me to confirm the appointment. Then a phone call.. 3 texts total and 2 phone calls with a voicemail all in the course of 4 hours this morning. None of which I could answer because I was WORKING. By the time I finally go to see my phone the last text I received was them canceling my appointment because I apparently didn't respond fast enough. When I called, asking why the canceled it, they told me "that's their policy" and that I "didn't respond quickly enough" with no remorse what so ever. I've been to CT family dental a handful of times in the past with little to no issues, this definitely never happened before. No idea what happened to this place but I will not be back.

This is by far the BEST dental experience I've ever had. FRIENDLY INTELLIGENT HELPFUL STAFF MEMBERS IN EVERY POSITION . they helped me the same day and basically saved my LIFE!! I recommend them to everyone!!

Where do I begin. I haven't been to a dentist in years due to loss in dental coverage. Finally I got insurance and went here. I have never had an issue and the staff is amazing. They are always so friendly, they remember me and I finally got my teeth taken care of. My teeth feel amazing and my dentist is very thorough. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I referred my co worker here and he loves it too. 10/10 they are also great at accomadting my work schedule :)

From the first time me contacting dentist office to going to appointment the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming and the hygienist to the actual dentist everyone was so nice and calming to me and my family. So happy with my decision to make them our primary dentist office.
