During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information and give you time to get to know either Dr. Ciarcia or Dr. Fusco. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services, from family and cosmetic dentistry to periodontics and pediatric dentistry. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a bright, beautiful and healthy smile.
Below are the New Patient and Privacy Policy forms you'll need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading these forms and completing them at home and handing them to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
On your first visit, either Dr. Ciarcia or Dr. Fusco will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and will explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
Dawn is a graduate from the University of New Haven with her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. Her love for Natural Health lead her to the Graduate Institute where she earned her Masters Degree in Integrative Health and Healing. Later, she and her husband Dr. Fusco merged with Dr. Ciarcia to form Connecticut Family Dental Group.
Dawn has 3 children and enjoys spending quality family time with them. She is passionate about animals and has started a mini-farm at her home where she has several rescued pets. Dawn holds several other certifications including dream work, pastoral counseling and eye-lashing appliques. Her hobbies include gardening, boating, painting, and cooking. Dawn is available to in both offices to aid in your dental health care!
Cristina has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist since the fall of 2014. She has been working here for almost 6 years. She attended Lincoln College of New England where she obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene and her Local Anesthesia Certification. Her hobbies include spending quality time with her family, boyfriend and friends. She enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants. She values creating relationships with patients and team members. She is a proud dog mom of her Black Lab, Dante. We love having Cristina as part of our Hygiene team! She can be found in our Rocky Hill office building, relationships with every patient she has.
Jenna comes to CT Family Dental Group with five and a half years of Experience in Dental Hygiene. Jenna attended Tunxis Community College where she completed an associates degree in Allied Health Sciences, specializing in Dental Hygiene. Jenna comes to us with a background in health, nutrition and healthy living. She is also a certified health and wellness coach. During her off time, Jenna spends time at the gym or doing outdoor activities such as hiking. She is a proud dog mom of her dog Mako. She enjoys spending time with her dog and her family. We are so happy to have Jenna as a part of our team!
Mallory is our newest Dental Hygienist. She can be found at both our Rocky Hill and Colchester offices. She has been working in the dental field as a hygienist for the past 11 years. She comes to us with 11 years Pediatric Dental experience. Mallory enjoys working with children, young adults and patients with special needs. She graduated from University of New Haven in 2009 with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene where she was a part of the National Honors Society for the school of Dental Hygiene. She also comes to us with an Local Anesthesia certification. Away from the office, Mallory enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters, Aubrey, and Ella and their dog Ginger. They enjoy hiking, going to the beach and outdoor activities. We love having Mallory as a part of our Hygiene team!
Vee is our Financial Coordinator and has been in the dental field for 8 years. Her experience in the dental field has been an asset to our office. She is usually at the checkout desk coordinating financial agreements with patients and insurance companies. She grew up in sunny South Florida and moved to Connecticut 7 years ago with her husband where they reside with their 3 marvelous children (Savanna, Trinity, and Tristan). Vee also attends school and is working towards obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Business & Accounting. Vee has a love for animals and loves caring for her all of her pets including her 10 month old Pitbull, Anakin. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors and playing sports with her family. Have no doubt, Vee is equipped to help with any questions you may have about finances concerning your account at our office. We are delighted to have Vee as a part of our team!
