The nicest, fastest, best, caring dentist offices I ever been to! Alot of space. Nice waiting big area layout. Jay is a very great guy. Very knowledged! Place is very clean. No long waits. I had a dental emergency one day. They got me in within 2 hours same day. It was awesome. I've needed a dentist like this for years. I finally found a great one! Reception is also very nice and quick. Good music. Good tv shows. Loved it! This is a legit positive review.

They cancel appointments ALL the time. Haven't had my teeth cleaned in a year. Every time I have an appointment, they cancel the morning of. When they first opened it was great, but now it's just a nightmare. Then when you reschedule, they're booked! Don't even bother.

Have been getting my teeth cleaned here for almost 7 years now. Everyone is always very professional and friendly. I went in recently to complain of some tooth pain worried it would require some kind of procedure to fix. The dentist had a look at it and told me it was most likely some nerve pain that would go away...eventually it did. Appreciated the fact that I was seeing someone who was not quick to try to "fix" a problem so they could profit. This dental group has gained my trust and I recommend anyone to go see them.

I only been coming here for less than 1 yr and jay the assistant noticed I was extremely nervous when I had to get extractions... with no hesitation he lended me his hand to hold and now it has become a regular thing. The receptionist called me by my first name since I first walked in the door. She makes sure I'm updated on all of my upcoming appointments. (Much appreciated) And last but not least Dr. k he has helped me through this whole process and had no problem doing all of my dental work in sessions due to my busy home and work life. He also took into consideration my anxiety and concerns. I recommend this place to everyone I come across that says they are looking for a dentist. Thank you guys so much in my journey of smiling comfortably again...sincerely Prudence

My fillings came out I told them before hand that they felt wired but nothing was done about it. I had a tooth break near a filing and now I'm in sooo much pain I called the other day to see if I could come in because I can't eat anything let alone sleep with this pain in my mouth and I was told to go to the hospital. I won't be seen until three days from now foh I'm going to another dentist

I have never been asked to take x-rays for a cleaning; this was a first for me . I also didn't even have my teeth flossed during my cleaning. When I asked about this, the response I got was, "oh, people usually complain about it so I don't do it" .... even tho it's evident that I floss so it wouldn't have caused pain. Like they couldn't ask if I wanted it done?? Also head dentist came over to look at a problem filling and didn't even say hello to me. Acted like I was an object being examined. I had to go back a week later for fillings and the dentist didn't even refer to me by name, I doubt he even knew what it was. He changed his mind about redoing one of my fillings. When I asked him about this, he defended, stating, " I have the right to change my mind, and I do it all the time"...and laughed. Like okay..... that doesn't really answer my question why your perspective of my situation changed in one week? The whole process of me getting my fillings was rushed. I could feel the energy and it made me very uncomfortable. I felt like a car in for an oil change. Nonetheless, I will not be back. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here for dental work especially if you prefer to be treated like a human being.

Absolutely terrible. First off earlier this week I went in to get my teeth checked, well to make an appointment for a root canal. In which I learned my insurance does not cover... never the less I was told I could get 2 implants. Which was reassuring because most my miller's are missing and I need 2 teeth removed. And I would be getting 2 implants. Well insurance does not cover implants and they are about 3500.00 a piece. I am on husky d insurance. What in the right mind do they think that I can afford such things? Husky d insurance is for people living below poverty. I work part time at a hardware store. So I will never be able to afford them, no less be able to chew food well. Also today was the day for my extraction. The nurse helper was very nice, dentist was somewhat pleasant. I had 5 shots of novacaine. And then took this giant metal plier and touched my tooth and it was shooting pain! Was told the infection must be very bad and was told I needed higher antibiotics and had to go to a different specialists. I can not be seen until the 23rd of January now... never the less the pain I have from this tooth is unbearable! I brought my medication in to show them what I was taking. They changed my antibiotics. And basically refuse to give me any pain medication in which I still have to wait 2 weeks before getting seen again. I have been religiously been taking ib profin since end of November when pain started to really take control. It does not do a single thing to help. Worse of all. I do not appreciate being judged, more or less not cared about like I am a hassle or a piece of human garbage. I got that feeling mostly from the man who works at the front desk there. First and foremost. I am not a junkie and I do not abuse medications. I take as directed, with food and lots of water. For them to take that metal plier and touch my tooth with it. Confirm the infection is bad. Ask for pain meds. Get refused and in a sense talked down too like I am nothing. I may never go back there. Horrible, horrible experience. And I am typing this at home with an ice pack taped around my face. Very dizzy in shooting agony pain. Thank you Connecticut East Dental Center... thank you so much for nothing. Unbeliveable! And guy at service desk. Get off your high horse. Good day!
