Dr. Mehran Azar is experienced in general dentistry, cosmetic, restorative, and dental implants. He is certified Invisalign and Lumineer veneers provider. Dr. Azar received his Bachelors of Science in Biology with honors from the University of Miami and his Doctor of Dental Surgery(DDS) from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in the City of New York. He completed a General Practice Residency at the prestigious Hackensack University Medical Center.
Dr. Azar was a recipient of the Clark Foundation Scholarship, the Ash B. Merit Scholarship and numerous other honors during his education. He was a consulting dentist for MetLife Insurance Company and in private practice in the New York area before joining Connecticut Dental Group. Dr. Azar has been serving Bridgeport and Trumbull area for more than 19 years. She is a graduate of Columbia University, School of Dental Medicine with DDS and Master of Science degree in Periodontics in 2001 and 2003 respectively. Dr. Wladimir Gedeon specializes in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from Stonybrook University in New York and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery, DDS, from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery.

Carolina is one of the nicest dentists there and does a great job of making sure the patient is always comfortable. 2 years later and a move .... I still will drive as far as I have to to come to this place! Amazing service !!

Dr. Azar and his professional staff go out of their way to explain any procedures or treatments and make you comfortable. If you have been postponing your dental work, out of anxiety or uncertainty of making the right choice of a dentist, you cannot go wrong with choosing this dental practice for you and your family, including children. I've been going to CT Dental Group for over 8 years now. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and kind; especially the front desk receptionist Jane! Dr. Azar is an expert in the dental field; very knowledgeable and friendly! All in all, a great team & I wouldn't go anywhere else!
