We couldnt be the office we are without our staff. They are always helping patients by giving them the information they need to make the right decision. Roshnie was my hygienist, she's very polite and she gave me a lot of valuable information on flossing and brushing.

I definitely learn something new from hygienist....flossing is the key thank u guys recommended if anyone is looking for ya teeth to be done the right way

Absolutely awful now. I don't know if they are now under a new ownership but the care and professionalism is gone. I made my appointment over 6 weeks ago and said that I wanted the first appointment and to please let me know if there were any issues. I confirmed my appointment - twice - and arrived 15 minutes early today. Waited an hour and then asked what the deal was. I was told they were "short staffed" and there were still 2 people ahead of me. This happened once already this summer. How can you be "short staffed". I had an appointment with the DOCTOR. And when I did have an emergency earlier this year you "fit me in" 2 weeks after I called and now I guess it's who you know to get seen asap. I am calling my insurance provider to ensure that they are not billing for these appointments that they could not keep. If a patient doesn't hold up their end of an appointment, they are charged. our time is just as valuable as yours.

nice place located off of Boston Post rd, the receptionist are friendly and the doctor's are extremely patient with the scared children to avoid them having a bad exexperience which is a plus in my book! They speak Spanish here for those that need an interpreter!

I have a serious fear of the dentist and the people here were great! Especially Carrie-Ann at reception. She's helpful, friendly and welcoming. This will be the only dentist I go to from now on.

I went here for a routine dental visit - a cleaning and an exam. I was brought in 45 minutes after my appointment despite having arrived on time. I never even had a cleaning despite that being the main reason I was there, and they rushed my x-rays and the fillings that they said I needed. There was barely any explanation of anything they were doing. They didn't even tell me when they were about to numb me or which teeth were being worked on. They also didn't even wait for the numbing medication to start working and began drilling right after the injection. I was in pain for most of the procedure and it was, frankly, awful. Prior to the fillings my teeth felt fine, and now weeks later they are incredibly sensitive and don't feel like my teeth. I was scheduled to get more fillings but I will not be returning and am going to try to find a better dentist to redo the ones that this place messed up.

I have not been to the dentist in quite some time and have a real fear of them due to a horrific experience while I was in the military. I noted this on my intake forms and expected to at least have some dialogue in regards to my fears and ease into the appointment. Well none of that happened. Appointment was supposed to be at 10. Waited an hour. Finally called and go back to "exam room" and could not believe it was an open area with 3 other patients in chairs getting worked on by the same dentist! NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT! She would basically run from chair to chair! Akin to dental speed dating I guess. They do my x rays and the technician is super sweet. Finally the doctor comes to me. Says a few words looks in my mouth and suggests the pain in my mouth could be from need of a cleaning. Literally took 2 minutes with me never asked me about anything and tried to get me to sign up for a cleaning. Never mind the mouth pain that I have! Anyway needless to say I dont suggest them and would not refer them to anyone I knew. My gut feeling is they are just running people through a hamster wheel of appointments to get the necessary payments via insurance and keep you coming back. Just not a good experience.

I was waiting for 2 hours and The nurses are disrespectful. the doctor started work on rot canal but he didn't do it, also they made a crown for for one of the tooth so, the crown broke after a year and now they don't make other one.

I've been coming to this office for many years and it's sad to say the care has declined. The wait times after you make an appointment becomes frustrating. Waiting 45min to 1 hour to be seen is not acceptable. Sad to say after 15 years TIME TO FIND A NEW DENTAL OFFICE!

Really kind people work here. They are great with kids. Scheduling or rescheduling is usually hassle free. Been a client for years, absolutely love them.

I am a new patient here. I came for my second visit today. I had a 9:30 appointment and they took me at 10:20. To be that far behind schedule that early in the day, something is wrong. When I commented to the young lady who brought me into the back area that they were 50 minutes behind schedule and I had an 11:00 appointment elsewhere, her response was "Well that's not us. That's the people out in front who do the scheduling. We've been busy." Such seems to be the corporate mentality here. Nevertheless, when I spoke to the dentist herself she seemed courteous and professional enough. I'll give them another shot, but I'm not impressed.

WORST dentist I've ever been too- DO NOT GO HERE ! I've had multiple HORRIBLE experiences here. 1. They numbed the wrong side of my mouth and I literally went there just to get numbing I didn't even need. ( the person read the chart wrong - THEIR MISTAKE ) 2. They made me an appointment for a cavity filling with a dentist who doesn't even do fillings. I went all the way there just for him to say he doesn't do fillings and I'll need to make an appointment with someone who does.( THEIR MISTAKE ) 3. They made me an appointment, I booked a babysitter & then called me to say that's the wrong appointment and I'll need to change it to a date even further out ( again THEIR MISTAKE ) 4. They just called me again saying my appointment is tomorrow at 10 am when they originally told me FRIDAY at 9 am. - I can MAYBE understand a miscommunication with the day but it's a whole different day AND a whole different time- there is no misunderstanding that. They once again made a mistake. I can understand ONE MISTAKE but these are supposed to be PROFESSIONALS and they are CONSTANTLY making mistakes and it all COSTS ME in the end because all of these visits I had to PAY A BABYSITTER and if it's short notice it's obviously more money. They are not even apologetic- they will try to make it seem like this is all YOUR fault & are not helpful in the least bit. Oh & don't even think to bring your children here as it's located directly under a liquor store and all of the front parking spots are always taken by people smoking / drinking. What a mess and sad excuse for a dentist .

The girls at the front office are great. No problems. The back office does alot to get your dental procedures covered by insurance. No problems there. Dr. Wiener and Dr. Sighn are both great No problems there. Always had good experiences. I will tell you this much.

One star specifically about a tech/hygienist named Karen Siroi. Awkward, intrusive conversation before a totally routine cleaning. Unmindful use of cleaning tools, got slobber all over my torso and sprayed my eye with something. Ultimately refused to finish my cleaning because after asking more intrusive questions, I preferred to finish the cleaning and answer questions during an exam with, you know, an actual credentialed dentist. No refund was offered. Been using this office for ten years, the old dentists were great (I don't know if they're still around). So were their tech/hygienists. I may try again with a new hygienist, but more likely I will just find a new office.
