WORST DENTIST EVER. QUICK BUCK ARTIST and NOTHING MORE. Thats my opinion and it's a solid one. Facts not opinions are, Dr Segall is loud, rude, uncaring and I hope you won't waste your time, money or both there. He is nothing more than a common scammer with a medical title. This "dentist" should be stripped of his "license" imo, ASSUMING he has one. Oh and BTW, before they post an excuse or a "you were never his patient", this is a screen name and everything I said is true, unlike the fake reviews posted here by friends, family and employees of the 2 "doctors". Do yourselves a solid and stay far far away from this office.

This is the best dental care office and BEST DENTIST I have ever had..I have had extensive dental issues and Dr.Samuel Segal has solved them all..he also has helped my family members and I would tell everyone to drop their current dentist and come here..he also offers emergency care!!! If u call anytime 24/7 with an emergency ( even if you are not yet a patient) he will drop what he is doing in his personal life and make you and appointment and come in to see you..this is something you all need to tell everyone you know because this is very rare!! And we all know how heinous dental pain is..DR.Segal will get you in and help you on the spot!!! I didn't have any insurance at the time and he gave me a great discount that would have been probably better rates than my insurance was!! He is very kind and funny and I will never go anywhere else. He has done my restorations,cleanings ,bridges and implant crowns..he looked all over for a lab that would make me a gold crown! It came out amazing!!! His work ethic is the highest I've seen he happily works from 7 am to 7 pm .and he really cares..he has passion for his profession and his practice and patients if I could give 1000000 stars I would..no reason to ever go to any other dental office!!!

To preface this review, my girlfriend found this office and Dr. Segall about 2 years ago when I had a broken tooth and started experiencing excruciating pain due to my nerve being exposed, it just so happened to also be Memorial Day weekend and Dr. Segall was the only person who could even set up an appointment with me or see me remotely soon. I explained to him it was a pretty serious emergency (I had to have a mouth full of ice cold water to numb the tooth to not be tearing up from the pain) and he scheduled an appointment with me the next day. My first experience with him was amazing and since then I have received nothing but the best service. I've been progressively fixing up my teeth and I've gotten 4 root canals, 3 porcelain crowns and a couple porcelain fillings as well and I gotta say Dr. Segall does not miss. I just had a root canal done today on my top molar and not only was the whole experience painless, I was able to get back to my day like nothing happened 30 minutes after we finished up and you can really see the quality of his work in the X-rays he takes after the procedure, he said he keeps up with all the newest workshops and dental procedures and you can definitely tell he's on top of his game. Dr. Segall is the type of dentist you want to have on call !!! I've seen some harsher reviews on here because of "pricing" and insurance issues and as someone that basically does these out of pocket.The experience and care provided is more than worth it! I highly recommend it to everyone.

I had a check up with multiple teeth needing work, ended up going there because they took my insurance and deeply regret it due to the poor quality of work that was done. Please be aware of the dental office, I had to learn the hard way!!!

This dentist doesn't care he took X-rays never looked in my mouth said I had great teeth but needed 3 root canals. Then he all of a sudden no longer takes my insurance and forgets to notify me. I needed services and only found out that way. The office expected me to find my own specialist that could perform the root canals. Changed my dentist and they have pointed out there is more wrong than he said. Did I mention he never looked in my mouth. Wasn't offered a cleaning. Nothing. Don't waste your time!

First I want to say I rarely write a review especially a negative one but this must be said so that other patients do not have the same BAD experience as my family. My father is having open heart surgery and needed a dental clearance before having surgery. My insurance stated that this office accepts my insurance and that it was close by. They evaluated my father and they stated he need a teeth cleaning, crown, and tooth extraction. I scheduled another appointment for the tooth extraction. The day before his appointment they called me to tell me that they are unable to do the tooth extraction. I understood and said ok thats fine. We can see someone else for that. The next day 02/09/2022 I call the office to schedule him just a regular teeth cleaning, since this is something that needed to be done, the person who answered the phone placed me on hold for 17 minutes and when he came back to the phone he stated that they CAN'T do a teeth cleaning. I was shocked!!! I said "you are telling me you are a dentist office and you DO NOT do teeth cleaning." He replied "yes we do teeth cleaning." I then replied "so you are telling me that you will not do a teeth cleaning for my father? Is that right!?" He replied "it was not me that decided it was the doctor" I asked who the doctor was and he said it was SAMUEL S. SEGALL who decided. I was shocked at how they DISCRIMINATED my father for either having heart issues or because of his race. Either way it is WRONG. He proceeded to say "If it were up to me then I would see everyone. Maybe it was due to the insurance that is why he might not want to do the teeth cleaning" I replied "The insurance recommended me to your facility because you accept our insurance" After that he was quit and repeated "If it were me I would see everyone." This is just wrong. DO NOT go to this dentist office if you have any type of medical issues or are NOT of an appropriate race for them. I am disgusted at how they pick and choose who to see. DO NOT bring any business to them. They are very DISCRIMINATING. After all this now I have to find another dentist who can see my father in such a short period of time before his open heart surgery. If I could leave no stars I would but this did not let me choose ZERO stars.

Dr Segall is the best! I highly recommend him every chance I get! He's so friendly, explains everything in a way you'll understand and he's honest and trustworthy. My whole family sees him regularly. His office staff is always friendly a well and scheduling is easy!

Best experience in dental office ever ! Dr Segall provided outstanding care for my complex situation on a big number of my teeth . I feel very comfortable with all the major work done including root canals,crowns and fillings. Dr Segall's staff from receptionist to dental assistant is very attentive and accommodating . I found this office for an emergency ..my crown fell out on a Sunday they got me in first thing Monday morning Dr.Segall was so kind and gave me a great price since I had had so many dental issues this year so far my insurance ran out..he also did some complimentary Intra oral photos for me of my crowns that need replacing..I have seen 6 dentists this year so far for many issues and none of them have been so engaging and thoughtful and thorough I immediately made another appointment to return next month I can't say enough great things about my experience here today .I can't wait to get my whole family to see Dr..Segall

Myself, my husband and three boys see Dr. Saakova and she is the best! She always makes sure to take care of us and none of my boys are scared (my oldest had a bad experience somewhere else and was scared until we came here) of going to the dentist they get excited when they find out we're going. We even moved out of the area but we still come here! All the staff is friendly and sweet. Angela at the front desk is the sweetest. We love everyone here, highly recommend this office!

One of the best dentist if not the best that I have ever been to. I am not a fan of getting dental work done, who really is, but Dr. Samuel is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable. During this crazy Covid-19 stay at home order I developed the worst tooth ache of my life. I called him late on a Monday and he got me into see him the very next day. I ended up needing a root canal that he took care of completely the same day. I went from being in extreme pain to feeling great. He even called the next day to make sure I was doing ok. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you are looking for a dentist that not only will take care of all your dental needs but also make you feel comfortable and at ease during your visit

I am one of ConfiDental Care happiest patient ! I brag about them to my friends, family and always recommend them to anyone who's looking for a dentist. Had four of mine front teeth done, multiple crows and fillings. Was always amazed with their professionalism and care . Highly recommended !
