My experience today was nothing short of amazing. I went in and expected just to get a consult, some meds and be sent on my way to with a different scheduled appointment. Well, that was not the case. Dr. Gilliam and his assistant Maria found the problem and took care of the problem immediately. The service was soooo great. They both made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They also helped me remember to use my mindfulness practice (breathe) lol. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone.

Bad customer service. They are so rude and disrespectful. you have to wait one hour after made an appointment so I don't understand why you should made an appointment and wait 1 hour again. Also they have a lot discrimination on the front desk.

Was ecstatic that my coverage switched and was finally able to be under Confident Smiles. Brought my daughter in for her first ever dental appointment and the experience was special. Dr. Gilliam and team were on top of everything. They showed patience and were very delicate with the approach towards my 11 month old. With that, the atmosphere was friendly, safe, and welcoming. I look forward to my family's future appointments here.

I never write reviews but I just have to for Confident Smiles. They are amazing! 1) All the staff are so incredibly nice, welcoming, and professional 2) Dr. Gilliam is amazing; he's so funny and down to earth and makes you feel comfortable and most importantly, does excellent work. He is also efficient and timely 3) The prices are significantly cheaper than any other dentist I've ever been to. I have finally found a permanent dentist and will recommend this place to everyone. 4) Lastly, the facility is very clean and neat

My mother just left here, she had her top teeth removed. Very quick, she said she was very comfortable the entire time and felt no pain! She will be going back in 2 weeks to get checked up!

My visit at Confident Smiles was straightforward and professional. I came in ten minutes before my appointment, was seated immediately after filling out paperwork. Destiny!!!! my dental hygienist was extremely welcoming and efficient, while also providing educational tips to help with my teeth. She was so thorough that the dentist did not have to do any additional work. Vanessa at their front desk helped schedule my next visit and was friendly. For someone who usually is extremely anxious prior to and during dentist appointments, all staff made me calm and confident, and I definitely won't hesitate to go to them in the future. Clean and COVID precautions in place. On top of all this, they take insurance and are minority lead; makes you feel comfortable as a patient to see diversity in staff and people that look like you.

Dr. Gilliam is simply amazing! He is a consummate professional who can easily put you at ease. His work is tremendous and I would recommend him to anyone. I simply love my smile now and it's all thanks to Dr. Gilliam. Two thumbs up!!!!!

Dr. Gilliam is amazing! My mother in law needed an emergency dental appointment and Dr. Gilliam saw her the NEXT DAY! I was a former patient of his and he performed a root canal on one of my front teeth. Additionally, I have been to his practice for routine cleanings. Dr. Gilliam and his staff are courteous, respectful and diligent about your care. My mother in law was impressed and is returning for additional services. I give this practice my HIGHEST recommendation

Good customer service but there's things doctor improve wash hand or handsanitizer after seen one patient and remove gloves before put on other gloves to see next patient's because of the time we're in Covid-19 I didn't seen that from the doctor

Good luck getting a call back. Had been trying to set up an appointment for 3 weeks. Finally got an answer just for someone to let me know I had to wait 5-6 months for a cleaning....A CLEANING!
