Dr. is thorough and very nice. Everyone who works at the clinic are super nice, too. They usually have appointments available even on short notice, and they tend to get me in on schedule (not a lot of waiting), which was awesome.

I've been coming here for nearly a year now and am very happy with the treatment and service at Confident Smiles Family Dentistry. The staff is friendly and attentive making my appointments go smoothly and costs are always as presented in advance. Dr. Singal has not only earned my trust but I come out of my visits learning how to better care for my teeth and make sure I'm not missing anything in my daily oral care.

I was referred to Dr. Singal from a co-worker. Being new to Washington I had first found a dentist close to where I lived in Seattle. During my consultation I was told some untrue things that well were just upsetting. When I went to meet with Dr. Singal, everyone was so nice and accommodating. Here I was coming from such a negative experience and I was immediately at ease. From the nice person in reception to the assistant who took their time and patently explained my X-rays and the findings. Dr. Singal is thorough with her exam. She also went above and beyond to make sure my visits are split up in a way to use my insurance to the fullest. When I went back for fillings Dr. Singal explained what she was doing, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and again thorough. He assistant and the staff continues to be welcoming which goes so far - going to the dentist can be a hard experience for people. Trust is important and has been established - I'm confident and in what was recommended and so glad to have been referred.

Dr. Singal is very nice and so are her staff. The office is nice, clean and very comfortable. Water and coffee are available while you wait at the reception area. I had 3 appointments so far and I am very pleased with my dental procedures. Dr Singal is a keeper. I will continue to see her for all future dental needs.

I was recently a new patient to Confident Smiles Family Dentistry and it was a wonderful experience. It begins with the very clean, comfortable and cozy waiting room with a refrigerator with cold water. Then the Dental administrator, Hannah who is so sweet and knowledgeable. The two dental hygienist's who were so pleasant, gentle and skilled. Dr Singal, was superb, she provided a thorough exam, she clearly explained the status of my oral health, what needed to be done and why it needed to be done, she is gentle, yet meticulous, compassionate and well informed. The office has a harmonious flow. Again, a great experience and I will definitely keep coming back. Thank You.

First saw Dr. Singal in September after not having dental insurance for 5 years. I needed a root canal ASAP that was causing me pain, she was able to get it done less than a week after my first appointment. We had big plans to do a couple of crown replacements Invisalign and an implant in 2022 after getting the rest of my fillings done this year. Late November my job notified me we were going to be changing insurance for 2022 and it no longer made sense for me to have dental insurance. I asked Dr.Singal and her team to get as much done as possible before the end of the year. She was able to get 2 crowns approved and placed before the end of the year. Also went out of her way to see if they would cover any additional services (they didn't). I work in optometry so I know how frustrating it can be when people come in last minute wanting to use their benefits and getting upset when we aren't able to do it. I'm so grateful for Dr. Singals team for always being upfront about costs, explaining everything I needed and most of all going out of their way to make sure I could almost all my dental work complete (with 2 days to spare)

Top-notch dentistry. I was recommended to come visit this dentistry and I am amazed at the great work that Dr. Ashima does. I came in for an Invisalign treatment and she walked me through every step that my treatment would required. She made sure I was comfortable with every tray and that I was happy with the end result. The staff is great, they are all very welcoming and help clarify any question you have. The environment is very pleasing, everything is very clean and organized and they have made sure everything is ready for their patients. They have also made the necessary changes due to covid which creates a great environment. I am very happy with my experience at this dentistry!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, covid safe, and took care of tooth pain that my previous dentist overlooked. Made sure I was very comfortable and pain free during the visit which I appreciated a lot! Dr. Singal made sure I knew exactly what she was doing beforehand, and explained why I had those problems in the first place which was nice to know. If anyone is looking for a new dentist I highly recommend them!

All my visits to the Confident Smiles Dentist Office have been very positive and after several procedures, I have no complaints. Dr. Singal is very competent in her dentistry skills and she takes extra time to explain everything and to lay out the various options available along with the pros and cons of each.
