These guys are amazing! I will never go to another dentistry EVER! I walked into Coney Island Dental and Oral Surgery with a big dilemma of possibly losing a few of my front teeth. My old bridge was never fitted properly causing my teeth to rot. The staff knew how nervous I was and made me feel at ease and were so welcoming. Other dentists suggested that I have a few teeth removed. Dr. Farhat didn't hesitate in giving me a plan. She explained everything and listened while I explained what I wanted. Mine was a complex case however, being the perfectionist that she is, has resulted in a lovely set of straight front teeth which I've always dreamed of! A great outcome for me and a dentist that makes you feel special with excellent customer service . Thanks, Dr. Farhat, I'm smiling again.

I went in for an emergency root canal two years ago and have stayed ever since! Very nice people who perform excellent work! I've had significant fillings and crowns put on my teeth (due to my sweet tooth), and they all look great!:) I highly recommend seeing Dr. Farhat - she is incredible !

This place is the worst place I have ever encountered in terms of customer service and professionalism. I went to this place because I went through the reviews and it seems as if everyone raves about it I have recently moved to the area and I have decided to give it a shot. I took my three-year-old son with me as I was only doing a first time appointment which I assume would consist of x-rays and cleaning. I waited in the weight area for some time after filling out my paperwork I arrive 30 minutes before my appointment. After filling out the paperwork I was asked to be seated, One hour later I walked up to the front desk and ask how long would it take for me to be seen she said she would find out she made a phone call but never updated me on the status of my wait time. About 15 minutes later I was called in to see the dentist assistant which was amazing I don't recall her name but she's much younger and very nice and makes you feel very welcome. She is also the one that took my x-ray. Now although I came with my son he is not whatsoever rambunctious and sat down the entire time very patient. Once the doctor arrived Dr Farhat she seemed very bothered walked in took a look at my x-ray and walked out. She walked out and started having conversations in the back for about 20 minutes just laughing and really pay no mind as to me being in there waiting for her. Once she came back in she barely spoke a word and told me she will clean my teeth I have never had a cleaning in my 31 years of life so intense, I had a cleaning one year prior a deep cleaning at that so my teeth are not that bad at all as I only have about two cavities in my mouth which were recent which was the point of my visit, she was not gentle whatsoever my gums were bleeding tremendously although I have sensitive gums I've never seen that amount of blood come out of my mouth she absolutely has traumatized me, around the cavity that I have she stated that I had a lot of built-up plaque I told her that I was in a lot of pain and I would prefer to numb that area and treat the cavity before cleaning the plaque as the cold air and the drilling around my teeth hurt me much more. I asked her isn't that the right way of going about it if I'm in pain her reply was customer is always right. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate and unprofessional this woman was I will be filing a complaint about the professional conduct that had taken place with my son being present. I left the office in tears as I was outraged at the way I was being treated, The lady that had taken my x-ray apologize to me as no one else was at front desk because it seems to me as if I was the last person she had that day. The assistant was very apologetic but definitely didn't want the doctor to see how apologetic she was I asked for them to send over my x-ray so that I could be treated elsewhere. Do not go here she is the only doctor on the premises I just found out, After calling. This is an experience you do not want to have it will genuinely traumatize you. i'm not sure what other reviews about I don't believe at all she seems as if she is extremely racist. BEWARE!!! If you can see I comment and leave reviews all over the world this is something that I have yet to seen. I am very sad and angry at the same time while writing this it took me over a week to decide whether I wanted to write this review but I felt that it was needed and since I am going to proceed with filing a complaint I felt the need to let the world know exactly what this place is all about.

Great full-service dental center. Dr. Farhat helped me fix my smile and did multiple cosmetic procedures to get to the result that I see right now. So thankful to her and her team for the patience and care they displayed. You are the best!

Root canal was not as bad as I thought it would be. I imagined a lot more pain and discomfort, but in fact Dr. Farhat made me very relaxed and comfortable.

Fantastic care. If you need any dental implants done, I highly recommend you check Coney Island Dental. Dr. Farhat is excellent and provided some of the best quality services I have received in a while. They were very kind and were able to calm some of my nerves down.

I'm terrified of going to the dentist, and I haven't gone in years. Today I had "work" done; three fillings and crown prep (not exactly sure). Coney Island Dental and Oral Surgery was recommended to me by my sister, who said Dr. Farhat is excellent. And I have to agree - she is quite professional; her staff is fantastic; they are concerned about my anxiety, which means everything. The equipment seemed to be cutting-edge... most of it was undoubtedly "new" to me. It was a fantastic experience, no pain, no discomfort, and all the staff are really supportive and fun!

Their office is simply exquisite. It is very clean, organized, and modern. I found the staff very pleasant and patient while I was waiting for my appointment and filling out the paperwork. All the nurses and doctors I spoke to were very polite and professional. Overall, I felt respected and appreciated great service.

These guys are experts. I received excellent service from all the staff. The nurses were particularly versed in their field. They had great personalities that made it easy to talk to them and connect with them. And they were able to get everything done quickly without sacrificing the quality.

Probably one of the best dental offices in NY. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming to me and my 17-year-old. When I was called into the office, I was allowed to bring my kind with me. The doctor was able to work on me while the nurse entertained my kid. Excellent customer service.

The worse place I've ever been for years going to them just to get dentures and all they did was pull tooth after tooth for two years. again like to get payed but not the work.

I enjoy coming here! If you have dental anxiety, the staff is always friendly and prepared to take extra time or pauses. This is the first time I've genuinely enjoyed coming to the dentist since I don't feel judged or made to feel awful for not having "perfect teeth." So, thank you to the incredible crew!
