This office is very well set up. The lobby is large and the office staff appear to be respectful and are not chatting loudly as it has been in other medical offices. The staff members are super prompt efficient and courteous. The dental hygienist Harper is calm and patient. I will return. Thank you. Donna C.

A very pleasant experience. I had a chipped tooth that I thought would never be the same. They matched it exactly, I even got to put my retainers on with no problem.

Very helpful with my situation I was told what I would have to pay before my service because I have no insurance. but because he could not find my problem there was no charge but gave me some instructions and so far it is helping.

Everyone here is extremely empathetic and truly cares about the patient. They're all so knowledgeable, down to earth and welcoming. I was beyond nervous about getting my wisdom tooth extracted, but everybody from the front desk associates to the dental assistants to Dr. Kyle, they all eased my anxieties and truly made this a wonderful, calming experience. I can't thank you all enough for helping me through this. I would 100/10 recommend this place to anybody and will absolutely be returning as a patient for life. You guys are amazing!! :)

I was a new customer that had a problem. They got me in the next day and within hours got my problem fixed. Very professional courteous staff that seem to have this customer service thing down pat. I will definitely go back again. Thank you all for your help, you are awesome

I went to Aspen Dental to once again fix my problem with the partial that they made. They said it couldn't be fixed on sight and I would need a whole new partial for over $1,000. They were bullies about it, so much so that I cried. So I was on my way out with nothing done, when across the street was Concourse Dental. It couldn't hurt to ask. So not only did they get me right in, they fixed the problem and the Dentist was amazing and told me that he would be able to get my partials in a different material than the metal that tastes like a tin can in my mouth. I don't know how many people have been to Aspen and been told that the metal does not taste like a tin can because I told them that and they said NO ONE has ever said that. HA!!! I Love my Dentist at Concourse and I will be going there for everything I need. I might add the staff was amazing and smiling. I NEVER got that kind of feeling at Aspen. Thank you so much Concourse Dental.

I wish I had a better experience with them. I scheduled on March 16 for a March 28 appointment. I received an email confirmation on the same day. Fast forward to March 28, I saw an email request to confirm my appointment and I did so. This was 5 hours before my appointment. Minutes later, I receive a call that my appointment was double booked because I had just confirmed my appointment. I was "too late". I had a legitimate appointment scheduled, with a Confirmation number. I would have understood if you never received a confirmation from me, or at least waited 1 or 2 hours before my appointment. This was scheduled as an urgent visit due to a cracked filling, and obviously the urgency was not taken into consideration when my appointment was double booked.

I don't have enough words to praise this place and these people. Professional, helpful, caring... I meet Valerie, Amanda, Wanda, Dr.Barroso, and Dr. Wiblishouser. They are extraordinary at what they do. I felt welcomed and helped all the way through. Kudos to Mrs. Valerie. She went above and beyond to accommodate me. She checked my insurance ahead of time so I will know how much was out-of-pocket. Amanda was friendly and took my intraoral scan along with photos. Wanda performed the best dental cleaning I have ever received. Dr. Wiblishouser was very informative and kind. I asked to meet Dr.Barroso since I am a fellow Cuban, and she took time out of her busy schedule to say hi. The office itself is beautiful. They offer water, coffee, and tea in the waiting area. In the back, they have supporting neck pillows, warm blankets, noise-canceling headphones, and lip moisturizers. They have thought of everything. I have found the general dental office for my family. I 100% recommend this place.
