Dr Dove is by far the best ped dentist around!!! She is so amazing and gentle with children! My daughter LOVES coming to her office! The office staff and everyone is just really nice and the place is so clean! The way Dr Dove looks at her patients you know she truly cares! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Would recommend Concord Pediatric Dentistry to any parents looking for a top notch pediatric dental office for their kiddos! So thankful to Dr Dove and her staff for taking care of my 10 day old baby's tongue tie! Dr Dove is an angel on earth and is so good with kids. I love her bubbly personality and how she goes above and beyond for her patients.

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Dove and her amazing staff!! The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and great with my little kids. I had a little concern two weeks ago about my daughters tooth ahead of our appointment today and they asked me to send a picture. I received a response from Dr. Dove very quickly explaining what it was and not to worry. Today, at our appointments (both of my kiddos at the same time) she answered all of my questions and took time to explain things. She even showed me the x-ray and explained the next baby teeth to expect my daughter to loose. My son had an extremely loose tooth and she asked him (age 6) if he wanted her to help the tooth a little (which of course was a hard no). I greatly appreciated her asking him and not scaring him for future appointments. He ended up loosing the tooth later today on his own terms. Upon leaving she hugged my little ones and they left with their new little sunglasses on and goodie bags in hand. I am so thankful we have such amazing dentist appointment experiences. The ladies at the front office, dentist and ladies working in the back were all super nice and helpful. Their prices were a little higher than what I was use to. What I didn't care for the the recommendations of unnecessary, expensive, painful and traumatic dental work that he didn't even need to begin with, including wanting to put him under anesthesia and pay the copay unfront. Also, when I have to ask what other options are there besides wanting to do 7 crowns on baby teeth and trying to fill one cavity, gave him 3 novocaine shots, drilled for 5 minutes and still didn't fill the cavity. All this while he's bundled up and having me and another lady hold him down, trying to get the work done. I'm so happy I found another dentist, that actually listens to my concerns, agree with my treatment options and we're on the same page about not wanting to do extra work on my child that will further traumatized him.

Unfortunately we weren't able to deal with the dentist in this practice, so this review is based off our interactions with the front desk staff. I called to try and schedule an appointment for my daughter, who has an abscess. I called twice, letting the front desk know both times that my daughter was in a lot of pain and had developed a fever from the infection. I asked if I should contact my family dentist to get an antibiotic, and was told not to - to instead wait and talk to the dentist before doing anything else. That was Monday - today is Friday, and I've yet to receive a call back. I understand if your practice does not have capacity to see my daughter - but in that case you should let me know to look elsewhere for a solution instead of waiting for a call that will never come. Also, it is extremely irresponsible and dangerous to wait this long when a fever has developed without taking any action. Luckily I gave up waiting on Tuesday and contacted my family dentist again (who was surprised at the instructions I was given to wait and not call them), as well as another pediatric dentist in town who was able to work us in immediately. I would suggest additional training for front desk staff in order to not put patients or potential patients at risk.

We love this dentist office. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Leah and Dr. Love make my daughter feel special and reassured. Highly recommend!

I would absolutely recommend Concord Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Dove, her hygienists, and the office staff were wonderful! I took my 18 month old in for her first cleaning and to say she was scared and uncooperative would be an understatement. Dr. Dove and the hygienists were sooooo great at comforting my daughter (and me) and avoiding what could have been a traumatic first visit. They gave her plenty of breaks but still did a thorough cleaning her teeth. The dental office also seemed very clean and child friendly. After seeing Dr. Dove at Concord Pediatric Dentistry, we won't be going anywhere else!

Our experience here for dental cleaning has been good. However recently we did some dental procedure - teeth extraction, baby root canal etc. Doctor had given all information about the sedative. But he failed to give information about the risks and possibility of my son biting his tongue or lips due to numbness. This is a huge thing to miss from the doctor side and we could not inform our son to avoid biting his tongue or lips. This has caused a lot of trouble to us taking care of our son and getting him to eat something. After the procedure, doctor just informed that our son bit his tongue and gave a print out of what has happened and it would take 10-14 days to recover. Come-on!!! It's definitely not the first time, the doctor saw this. He knew this and didn't inform us before. Moreover the doctor didn't take enough precaution to prevent this during the procedure. The most annoying thing was - my son was walking out of the dentist office with bleeding from his teeth and doctor has not placed cotton/gauze to stop bleeding. At last the sedative didn't work as told by the doctor. The doctor had told that the sedative would make my son forget the traumatic experience at the dentist office. However my son remembers everything that they did at the dentist office.

The office felt very safe & took every precaution possible to keep everyone healthy. The staff was very kind,courteous and gentle. They did a wonderful job (Leah & Dr. Dove) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other families. Also, the new office is fantastic. My son loved his experience.

Amazing and would highly recommend. They get you in and out and absolutely wonderful with my kids. They are honest and you don't leave feeling like they just want to do unnecessary work on your kids teeth.

We have loved the staff and Dr Dove. My daughter has had anxiety about previous dentists. She has absolutely no concerns with Dr Dove and her kind staff! She even looks forward to appointments! They are very thorough and caring.

This place is so great. We have been here twice and the staff is amazing. We have had both Dr. Purikh and Dr. Dove and they both were so so good with our boys/ very knowledgeable. The recent time I had to come in with my 7 month old due to dental issues and Dr. Purikh was very encouraging and supportive to me as a mother which I really appreciate. The receptionists are so kind and helpful. The hygienists do a fantastic job and make the cleaning experience fun/ not scary for kids. They really know what to say and do to make it an enjoyable experience. My 2 year old loved his visit at the dentist so much that he continually asks me to go back haha!! His favorite game now is to play dentist with his dinosaurs. I hope that coming here and having such a great experience while they're young will set up for a positive look at the dentist as they get older. Thanks Concord Pediatric Dentistry.

EXCELLENT!!! We've been going to this practice for a little over 10 years. Starting off as patients of Dr. Long, it's been a warm & seamless transition of care under Drs. Dove & Parish. Additionally, their SUPER cool & friendly team of hygienists and admin staff are an essential mainstay for the consistently WONDERFUL experiences my family has EVERY time we're due for cleanings. Please give them a try if you haven't already. I promise, it'll be your final stop for peds dentistry before your child(ren) age out!
