For over 20 years, Dr. Brian Miller has been creating beautiful smiles. Specializing in Orthodontics, including braces and Invisalign, he treats children, teens, and adults looking to straighten and align teeth to create aesthetically pleasing, healthy smiles.
During the last 20 years, I have taught at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in the continuing education department, in addition to lecturing frequently at the Yankee Dental Congress in Boston, MA. I am also an Elite Provider of Invisalign and take many continuing education courses in Invisalign to enhance my knowledge and keep up with the ever-improving Invisalign technique. Elite Provider status is only granted to the top 1% of Invisalign Providers in North America. Taking part in continuing education courses increases my knowledge and allows me to keep with the latest advances in orthodontics, which benefits my patients greatly.
Originally from Boston, MA, I now live in the Newton Centre area with my wife, Judy. We have two lovely, accomplished daughters, Allana and Shara, whom we are very proud of. My free time is focused on my family, but I am also very active in my community. I am a long distance runner and I have completed twenty-six Boston Marathons, raising money for charities. This year I ran in support of Spectrum for Hope in honor of families with autistic children.

I absolutely love going to Dr Miller's Concord office. The staff is so professional and friendly! My Invisalign treatment is going great and is the easiest. I highly recommend Dr Miller. The minute you walk into the office I feel so welcomed by the staff and Jo-Ann at the front desk runs the show! It's always decorated accordingly to the holidays, booking is always so easy. Always looking forward to my appointments and I drive all the way from the Northshore about an hour away.. love love Concord Family Orthodontics.

My children are treated with the greatest respect by the entire office. I feel that the practice has taken the time to really know my family and attend to our needs. My children feel welcome and comfortable at each visit.

I would highly recommend this practice! My husband had his orthodontic work done by Dr. Miller as did my niece and two nephews. They all ended up with beautiful smiles! Because of Dr. Miller's great work we now have our 10 and 7 year old going to Concord Family Orthodontics.

Dr Miller is exceptional. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. My kids never give me a hard time about going to their appointments and the wait time is usually quick. Very happy about choosing Dr. Miller. Also, Joanne at the front desk is so amazing. Always so pleasant and helpful. It's so good to know that people care.
