Established in 2018, Concord Dental is proud to be The Sleepy Tooth Groups fourth office overall and second in New Castle County. Our group provides a wide variety of Family&General Dentistry while also offering many Cosmetic Dentistry options. We provide top quality and comprehensive care, in addition to offering affordable payment plans to make the dream smile of our patients a reality.
Dr. Lisa Uberti earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego and her Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Columbia University. After working in clinical research for several years, she attended the University of Pennsylvania for her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and completed a general practice residency at Virtua Hospital in New Jersey.
Dr. Anne Annone earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan. Following her undergraduate degree, Dr. Annone then went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Annone completed her general practice residency at the Medical Center of Delaware (now Christiana Care Hospital) and has been practicing in Delaware for over twenty years.
Dr. Annone is certified in Six Month Smiles (short term orthodontics), Lumineers and is proficient in sleep apnea dental treatment. But what she enjoys most about dentistry is building long term relationships with her patients so that they continue to confidently maintain their dental care.
Dr. Glen Goleburn earned his Bachelors degree from Emory University. Following his undergraduate degree, he went on to graduate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After completing dental school, Dr. Goleburn did his general practice residency at the Medical Center of Delaware (now Christiana Care Hospital).
In 1998, Dr. Goleburn joined his father Stanleys practice on Main Street in Newark. They opened a second office in Bear, eventually moving the Newark office to Peoples Plaza and operating on both ends of Route 40. Bear-Glasgow Dental was born. In the years that followed, additional partners joined the group, and offices were opened in Millsboro, Dover, and north Wilmington, giving rise to The Sleepy Tooth Group network of practices.
Dr. Goleburn actively maintains membership in the Delaware State Dental Society. This allows him to stay up-to-date on the latest information and best practices in the dental community. In addition, he is a 30-year-member of the American Dental Association. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, where he once served as president.
Dr. Goleburn is certified to perform Conscious Sedation and is a Certified Clear Correct Provider. Apart from dentistry, Dr. Goleburn sings and plays keyboards, is an avid cyclist, enjoys travel, cooking and boating. He and his wife have three children between them.
Dr. Douglas DeCouto earned his Bachelors of Science in Physiology/Neurobiology from the University of Maryland. Following his undergraduate degree, Dr. DeCouto went on to graduate from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Prior to joining The Sleepy Tooth Group, Dr. DeCouto completed ageneral practice residencyat Christiana Care Hospital.
Dr. DeCouto actively maintains membership in the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry in order to stay up-to-date on the latest information and best practices in the dental community.
Dr. Jae Grymes grew up in Washington, DC and attended the University of Delaware (Go Blue Hens!). After college, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Grymes completed a General Practice Residency at Harbor UCLA Hospital in Los Angeles. Deciding to dual specialize, she completed a 2 year residency in pediatric dentistry at Childrens Hospital Colorado and a 3 year residency in dental anesthesiology at Stony Brook Medical Center.
Dr. Grymes is committed to being a lifelong learner and regularly attends continuing education courses. Additionally, she is board certified in pediatric dentistry and is actively pursuing her board certification in anesthesiology. She maintains membership in several dental organizations, including the American Dental Association and Delaware State Dental Society. Dr. Grymes maintains current certifications in Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Her treatment philosophy focuses on a collaborative relationship between patient (and/or parent) and provider. Her practice is evidence based, detail oriented, and centered on patient education. Dr. Grymes believes that compassion and a gentle touch are fundamental to an exceptional patient experience.
Outside of dentistry, you can find Dr. Grymes biking or doing yoga. A self professed nerd, she loves learning and is often enrolled in courses on varied topics like economics and Spanish. Excited to settle back in Delaware after years away, she welcomes any suggestions for local places to explore.

Dr. Uberti was beyond excellent. She knew my dental anxiety and make sure I was very comfortable. The dental assistant was pleasant. She knew my fears as well held my hand and made sure I was token care of. I will be bringing my white family here.

Dr. Uberti is fantastic. Competent, friendly & patient-focused. Doesn't rush - spends time with you to explain her findings & answer your questions. She ensures that you are numb & will stop if you signal you're having a problem. Her office efficiently schedules appointments. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby or in the chair.

This was my second time going. the first time back in March there was an issue with my appointment, the office person told me the wrong time so I had to wait a long time but they gave me some gift cards for the error. This time there was no issues and no wait. Both times Ashley and Caitlyn who cleaned my teeth were awesome. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. They also don't try to sell you procedures you don't need, which I have had some dentists do before. So they are ethical and that makes me trust them.

Genuinely appreciate the staff. It is a great place and they're friendly for the most part. I haven't had any issues. Their policies are very strict but they do try to work with you.

I have been going to the same dentist for most of my life, but I switched because Concord Dental offers a Smiles Membership Program and since my employer doesn't offer dental coverage, this program was perfect. Had my first appointment today and I have to say, the team at the Concord office not only did an amazing job but made it feel like I have been a patient there forever. If you are looking for a new dentist, I HIGHLY recommend you check out Concord Dental (or one of their other offices throughout the state).

I knew from the moment I parked I was gonna love this place...why? CAUSE THE PARKING LOT HAS TREES and lots of them. I don't know about anyone else but, those trees make a HUGE difference when it's 90degrees and your car is sitting in the sun for an hr.... When you step foot in the door the cleanliness is immaculate. I felt very welcomed the staff is amazing (THANK YOU FOR THE HEATER ) The paperwork was interesting...so you fill out the paper per usual but the last paper was what made me feel like they care about you, it was about them getting to know you!!! NEVER have I ever gone to a Dr office and they have paper work dedicated to knowing their patients likes. That was awesome to me. I will definitely be telling my friends about Concord Dentistry. You all are amazing!

Great company of woman . I came in with really bad tooth pain an they took very good care of me no pain at all didn't feel a thing an I'm 5 months pregnant . Awesome I made them my permanent dentist.. definitely tens across the borde for them.
