Not a good office experience. I had to call several times and even emailed to request my x-ray and intra-oral photo. Sierra office manager came off harshly. The dental assistant was very rough during xrays. I was previously a dental assistant for over 20 years and tried to give her pointers to be gentle. She told her office manager Sierra a bunch of lies that I was unkind to her and trying to tell her how to take x-rays. The wheel to spin to get a free ink pen was stupid, I was told that I had to write a review first by one of the most arrogant staff in the office. The dentist was very nice. I would not recommend to go to this office though. I have top dental insurance and this office don't deserve it.

This is my 3rd visit to Concord Center for Family Dentistry. I started here after retirement and leaving a dentist I had seen for 38 years. I was nervous about the change but am now delighted. Dr. Jill, hygienists and staff are friendly, caring and efficient. I am very happy with my choice.

Jillian is a awesome dentist and her staff is amazing..10/18 i had 2 teeth removed and i never felt anything, actually i was listening to her and the assistant talk about the fall and pumpkin's..I just wanted to say thank you to one of the best dentist and staff.. Sincerely DW

I had Robyn as a hygienist and she was amazing. So much helpful information for me and my newborn when he starts getting teeth!

I'm not the one to write bad reviews on businesses, however I'm not impressed with the service at all...I had originally scheduled a routine appointment late last year (around Oct. or Nov) on a Saturday (which is the only day I could go). However, right before the appointment I would get a call letting me know their dental hygienist was not going to be available and they could reschedule to another Saturday. This kept happening over and over and it's coming close to a year now. I thought I was going to finally have my appointment this Saturday. Today I called to make sure they had my insurance information but to my surprised they informed me that they didn't see me on the calendar and that they no longer open on Saturdays. I completely understand that businesses have the right to change their schedule, but I would have been nice to let me know since the beginning and/or called me to cancel that appointment. When I informed them of my experience the only thing they offered was to reschedule.

Kirsten was fantastic ! Sierra was very helpful with payment options that's were very affordable and simple . I highly recommend Dr. Jill Woodruff she was very informative and gave me the best treatment plans ! 10 out of 10
